Love how Chris tries to reaffirm how confused and ignorant this woman is, if this had been a man other than Brian, he would have thrown a shit fit.
No Chris, Pokedexes are not real, and the creators of a kid's show don't care enough to include your scribbles as cannon. In fact, there have actually been a few promotional sweepstakes in Japan where a winning child has helped to collaborate with the shows creative forces to design a new Pokemon.
Keyword: Children, meaning the shows creators would rather take advice from children than entertain the ramblings of a rapidly aging crossdresser who's been at this for most of their adult life.
As far as Sonic goes, they've actually gone so far as to throw passive jabs at Chris for literally being the embodiment of everything they hate about the Sonic fandom. Of course they can't outright complain about Chris. They're like the rest of the world around Chris. They can't risk the bad PR of calling out some retarded guy unless he's being disruptive and affecting their income.
