OBS full screen capture is about the easiest way. Just remember to mute the microphone capture.
Edit: Phew, I'm back again on full landline broadband. BlessRNG as they say on twitch.

I got vlc recording working. I've never used OBS and would rather stick with something I know. He better hurry his ass up, I have shit to do and I wanted to set it to record before I left.

It didn't even start. It shows all the hallmarks of never starting now.
Probably Wu decided that maybe she should actually try the game a little bit before launching in to it on stream. Then probably died in the first 30 seconds of fumbling with the controls and thought better of the idea.
Too bad, I was looking forward to Wu playing a competitive online game in public.

I actually envy Wu in a way. She can make whatever campaign promises she wants, it doesn't matter. Bail reform? Sure. Middle east peace guaranteed? Why not. Free copies of Rev 60 for every child? Great! In a way this is like her dream, being able to chat shit and not have to back a single syllable of it up because no one will vote for her anyway.

There has to be a word for this sort of person. The kind who makes outrageous claims and promises knowing they'll never have to back up any of it. The kind of person who just preaches their wisdom, secure in the fact that it'll never have to be tested.
Sounds more like a threat than a promise.
