Containment Random Thoughts & Questions

Maybe this is a dumb question or common knowledge, but where exactly did the moniker "ChrisChan" come from? Did Chris originate it, or wwas he named that by ED or SA or 4Chan?

I assumed it was from Chris, maybe trying to be kawaii for Megan or something, but then I realised- he fixates on names, retelling the "godbear named me Christian" story ad nauseum, and inserting "CWC" and "Sonichu" everywhere he can, but he only named a few things "ChrisChan", afaik only later in the comics ("ChrisChan Sonichu", "Colossal ChrisChan"), and never seems to go full autist on "ChrisChan" like he does repeatedly with "Christian" or "CWC" or even "Ricardo". But if it came from 4chan (ala Cracky/Creepy/etc-Chan) then it seems weird for Chris to roll with a name given to him by his hated trolls.

Also, it seems too clever for Chris; sounding like "Christian" AND contracting his full name AND ironic use of a foreign-language diminutive suffix/popular meme? Chris would never figure that out, and if he somehow did, I can't imagine him not explaining this linguistic geniusness in detail to anyone who'd listen, over and over.

Or am I underestimating him? (or just putting way too much thought into this shit? I know this question is pretty , but fuck it)

Haha I love a link to some classic Chris Chan. Here's one that baffles me

"Q: What are the 5 worst movies you have ever seen heard of and would never ever watch in your entire life?
A: Brokeback Mountain, Borat, Bruno, Crying Game, Krull."

The first four I guess I understand, they all have da HOMO overtones, but why Krull? It's like a Star Wars ripoff fantasy adventure..

I had to look it up to be sure, but it doesn't. I haven't seen it since I was a little kid, but if I recall its the most innocuous movie ever. Certainly nothing on par with Borat spreading his friends ass cheeks..

Probably been asked before, but does anyone have an idea of what Chris' more prolific trolls, like Clyde Cash, Liquid or Bluespike are up to these days?

Clyde Cash faded into obscurity. Apparently his real face ended up on the CWCki since he portrayed Mao.

Chris Duckworth (his full name is apparently on the CWCki) moved on and last I saw a recent FB photo of him, he was a full fledged doctor with a robe on and everything.

Max is still around, using his more common moniker @Bluespike.

TBH, Chris' relationship with his mother is becoming sort of reminiscent of Ed Gein's relationship with his in some regards. To me, this is somewhat apparent in that both of them (albeit Chris theoretically) couldn't function normally without their parents, both were seen as delusional yet harmless weirdos, and both corroded mentally as time went on.
