Update: Since Nate has proven he's a criminal who will use email for illicit purposes, I am entering information on him to every government spam, phishing, and malware organization that apply.

This could not only get him blacklisted from various internet services, his ISP might just pull his plug.

So I'm out of the loop for this thread for a couple of days and I get actual proof nate here has committed multiple acts of cybercrime and is going to be in serious hot water. Should we expect a lolcow llp thread if the case does go to trial and Nate's mom tries to defend her son in court?

In fact, I have every reason to believe Nate has purposely kept his family ignorant of all the shit he's in.

Past this, I can't say much more for now due to lack of information, but I do know if he tries that stunt again, the ghost of Bob Chandler WILL rise from the grave.

Update: Okay, now that I finally have some more information, I can say this:

I submitted a report to Nate's ISP, but I have no idea when the axe is going to fall (I just submitted it near a weekend, could be a few days), or if my report will be enough, but they should have more than enough from me to lumberjack him.

If not, I have prepared a contingency plan, and that is to provide both Wikia and TV Tropes the means to report him themselves. In fact, both now have the means at their disposal, and I know for a fact they have far more extensive information of his online fuckery than I do and as incorporated entities, they should command much more immediate "chop it down" authority than myself.

If he is keeping his mother ignorant then why not actually try to contact her again by phone. I know shes pretty hostile but I think you should at least try that avenue again now that things are getting serious. As much as I want to see this sped go to jail getting him to stop should be the priority.

If she said don't contact her by phone that could be harassment. He should do it by writing and request the name of her attorney if she has one. She might need one.
