She went to Union-Endicott High School, I don't think she's mentioned anything before that.

It's in the OP that she did her undergrad at Keuka College, but according to linkedin, her master's was from Marywood University, which is affiliated with the Catholic Church.

Here's a local's input, all the public schools of the area are very cheaply maintained and cultivate a very biased, judgemental and unfriendly environment, mostly because that's just how people were raised to be there. The high school I went to was the only one with a substantial black population, and the rest of the surrounding schools are white washed shut in paranoid racist cultivations.

UE falls into that category, people fell into doing... weird things to try and stand out in such bland trailer trash populations. Bad experiences with boy peers and exposure to the heavy catholics of the area, and the fucking, I don't even know how to describe it. The Maddening Aura of the area, it's prime for producing March hares like this one.

Looking at ratings and reviews on the school it seems like it's either regarded as poor to mediocre. A few people said the administration are bullies who rarely inform families on situations and decisions, some say teachers are rather unhelpful and never around to help students, construction is a constant thing, and fighting along with drug offenses are becoming a little too common. However some of these are from 2014.

So UE and the surrounding areas are basically great places to produce people like Stephanie. That may explain her craziness, but it doesn't necessarily explain why she looks the way she does now. I remember seeing older pictures of her and she looked fairly normal and I believe it was during high school. No vibrant hair, no ridiculous makeup, fairly normal clothing, etc... Would you say its possible her environment played any role in how she dresses post-high school?
