I've said it before but Bob's the type who's solution to the Nazi party would've been gassing the Germans for being "Obsolete Inferior racists" and taking over the land they invaded as the first step towards his own dream of a "Superior" world under one flag.

He'll be there at some camp in an ill fitting military uniform, laughing at the screams as the smell of charred remains enters his nostrils. An underling would tell him "My liege, I've been thinking maybe we've went a step too far" and Bob would reply "What? You some kinda Nazi or something?"

Not that I believe he's that bad, he's clearly a joke, but that's basically what he advocates.

This is so much especially the 'manifest destiny' portion of this. This is a man so convinced that he and his party has all the right ideas that it isn't just enough to simply win, but obliterate your opponent. Bob has no mercy in his heart and seeing all those photos where he doesn't smile clearly shows he has no true joy in his life.
