It's funny that Jake keeps squealing about CERNOVICH offering legal aid or whatever to Hotwheels/8chan, since Jake himself was part of the targeted harassment campaign that caused that to happen, Jake Alley was targeting Hotwheels/8chan since early September (possibly predating his involvement in the chat clique), and he was still going at it months later by what we can see in the December CON Skype logs (and is still screeching about it nearly four years later). I love that fucking CHELSAY cut him off, all of Jake's white knighting and virtue signaling goes completely ignored by the sole person he is performing for.

Who neeeds to point out the logic holes when his own behavior does it? I'm fond of just taking people like Jake at their word. OK, the nation is overrun by literal goose-stepping, Jew-exterminating, card-carrying Nazis, from the dregs of society up to the highest echelons, and they're all out for the blood of people just like him. Is it a rational response to continue doing nothing all day but shriek on Twitter and pound on the floor if his mom is late with the tendies? Shouldn't he be fleeing Nazi Occupied Niantic - penniless and on foot, if that's what it comes to?

Jake's in the exact middle (the EXACT middle!) of the age range he gives here. He was born to a middle-class family in an area where that pretty much means you're considered poor, and always envied kids at his school who had more than his family did. He should have gone to college, and people told him to do it. He was always told by people in his family to go and get a Silicon Valley job and probably realizes that his life would have been a lot better if he'd done something like that at a young age, even if he hadn't risen very far and was in something dead-end.
He's taking all the things he covets, putting them into one strawman, and putting a Nazi uniform on it so people will applaud when he lights the effigy on fire. Those grapes were probably sour anyway, says Jake. I'm glad I'm still living at home and that my whole family hates me, because at least I'm not a Nazi. Those guys seem to have it all but I'm sure they still feel like they're losers and hate themselves in their private moments.
And the sheer amount of projection is painful, in the part where he talks about people who have never achieved anything and think they deserve success and a romantic relationship, and who seek out a racially-motivated reason why they haven't gotten everything they feel entitled to.
After all, what is Jake but someone using a completely unfounded idea of transphobic rape gangs to avoid confronting his failures in life and love?

It's not only libel, it's the easiest form of libel to prove. You don't have to prove malice (although it clearly exists here) or damages (less obvious). Accusing someone of being a pedo is basically as clear-cut a case as you can get for defamation and you better be able to show that you have plenty of good evidence for what you said or you're fucked. And Jake's bullshit indirect assertions wouldn't stand up anywhere.
It's too bad that, like others have said, he's probably judgement-proof (unlike Elon Musk who was also stupid enough to pull the pedo card recently and is definitely NOT judgement-proof). It would be easy to nail Jake but it's not like he has any assets to take. Best you could likely do is hang the judgement over his head. I doubt there's a way to try and collect from his mom even though she provides the internet, although maybe if she were informed of his ways and did nothing...
It would be interesting, however, to initiate legal action even if the only useful effect were to be getting a subpoena on twitter for the identifying information of the mysterious (and presumably defamatory) "secretgamergrrl"?. Wouldn't it be enlightening to finally found out the Bruce Wayne behind our Batman? Perhaps
Edit: Although looking at some of Cernovich's tweets, I don't think he should be bitching about being called a pedo on scant evidence as he seems to do that to others.

Suing Jake would the worst possible response Cernovich could make. First, he's a public figure so the actual malice standard applies to him. Secondly, he sues Jake, and suddenly Jake goes from being a barely-noticed Twitter sperg to an SJW celebrity overnight. He'd be the brave transwoman being sued by Nazis for speaking the truth, and I'm sure that'd be enough for someone to provide a lawyer to him. Shit, Zoe might even take notice. He'd be famous, and he could easily explain not showing a picture of himself because obviously he's being hunted by Nazis left and right and has to be careful. And as you pointed out, Cernovich has done much the same thing, as well as other questionable activities, and those would get drug out into the light, and Cernovich is savvy enough to not pick a battle that isn't worth fighting.
