Containment Random Chris Updates

If you watch the video or the social media, you're not privy to what prompted that. Most of the most famous Chris content was prompted / manipulated. People who believe that stuff was natural Chris, without any prompting, are going to get a very strange understanding of the situation
I know most of it isn't natural Chris, but just because people are putting him up to this shit doesn't change the fact that he's the one doing it and that he needs to be held accountable when he fucks up on someone else's behalf. Him being able to be coerced into punching his own mother and shitting on the floor to protect a fictional cartoon universe says a lot about his mental state. Also, he was getting thrown out of places long before the internet ever knew about him.

As for why I like him, it's because of all of the entertainment he provides. When he brought up the hedgehog defensive state, it made me laugh harder than I've ever laughed in a very long time. Same as when he bumped Snyder with his car and maced that one guy. This is also partly why I don't want him to go to a group home, for my own selfish reasons. I never want this to end. The other part is not wanting him to be miserable.

I would say if Chris could keep his mouth shut about even getting a job in the first place, that would work in his favor, as long as he doesn't even bring up anything relating to trolls anywhere.

Why don't you give your damn jaw a rest, Marvin.
Your persistent, almost convulsive white-knighting just doesn't cut it anymore.
Why do you describe my commentary as "white-knighting"?
I know most of it isn't natural Chris
I think people are lying to themselves if they think Chris would be anywhere the lolcow that he is today (reputation wise) if it wasn't for how he was marketed to the public.

The ED saga and Megan, the Liquid saga, Clyde Cash, all of the classic Chris content made Chris the meme that he is.

If it was only Chris himself, I think at best, he'd have a slow, meandering thread. But more likely? He might not even have a thread at all. If we didn't make Chris' name as famous as we did, no one would be watching the court records to hear that Chris got arrested. It's not like he showed up in any newspapers.

He's basically a less interesting floridaman.

Chris is certainly funny, don't get me wrong. I think he can be very funny if you put him in the right situations and let him react. But that requires two things:
  1. Someone to put him in those situations.

For example, look at Sonichu. Without conflict, what is it? Just a tedious slice-of-life comic about ponies or anime girls or whatever else Chris is watching nowadays. Boring. That's what you get when Chris is left to his own devices.

  2. Actually putting the content on the internet.

Chris does get into hilarious shenanigans IRL. We know about the obvious ones, like Snyder. But there's plenty of other ones we haven't heard about. And some of the ones we do know about, we only heard about because of dumb luck. Like if a troll hadn't observed Chris shoplifting (and posted the story online), we never would've heard about it.

Without trolls (or dipshits giving him money), Chris just slides off of the internet.
Trolling is necessary for Chris to be as funny as everyone expects him to be.

People don't like to hear this, because they want to believe Chris is a crazy, three ring circus of fun, 24/7. But he's really not. He's got his moments, but he's a phenomenon that needs to be curated if you want to experience the old school trolling days.

(Well, and I wouldn't suggest anyone do that nowadays. It's pretty to troll Chris nowadays. But yeah.)

Somehow I knew that Chris would be immune to the consequences of his poor financial decisions once again. Repair bill must have been big, I'm sure the internet paid every cent though all things considered.

I hope he enjoys Bronycon, he needs something to look forward to after all the recent horrible shit he has been through.

I hope no ill comes to him, but that he provides us with good new content.

Something like a Hedgehog Defensive Position but without the hooplah surrounding it.

I challenge everybody to do one fun thing this weekend. Go to the bar, go to the beach, hang out with friends. Anything. Make it a point to do something.

Because sitting around the farms laughing at Chris have a good time is kinda silly.
