You guys better hope he was in on it. Phil is such a fucking scum bucket, that even if Kat played him and withheld the fact she was in another relationship, do you really think he would care at this point?? Both Phil and Kat really can't even be classified as human anymore. They're leaches. Through and through. As long as they're mutually benefiting off of each other, I bet you Phil could give 2 shits if she was dating someone else and lied about it. He'd probably be proud of that shit. "OH WOW? REALLY?? On the other hand....if Phil DID know....that makes them BOTH look like pieces of shit, and might throw a wrench into their plans. Kat wouldn't be lookin so innocent anymore with people now having a BIG reason to direct hate at her. Hate that she definitely wouldn't be able to handle.

Maybe complaining or bragging to Kat about finances during that period and just Read it/heard it the wrong way?

I personally think he was misinformed because Dave has done way too many retarded decisions to suddenly be smart enough to do "financial shit"

My hopes in all of this is that Phil didn’t know about her ex, that she never monetized her YouTube channel, and that his ego pulls the wool over his eyes and lives in denial with her. I’m hoping that she offers to allow him to use an Adsense account in her name, that he somehow links it to DSP Gaming, and that she takes off and ends up getting all the ad revenue from him. I want to see Phil end up on the street.

I am anticipating his response to all of this, because as we all know, he’s too stupid to keep his mouth shut and can’t help but blab all of his business on his prestreams and shit. Like today for example, he berated someone who cheered and asked a somewhat personal question, saying something like, “this isn’t the place to be asking about that kind of shit and I’m not gonna answer. This is a gameplay stream, idiot.” Ten minutes later he proceeds to go on a tangent about his fucking debt for the fourth time during that stream. He’s a hypocrite and he lives in a constant state of delusion and denial. Like others have said, his response to her cheating on the ex with him will be like mild bemusement, “heh, guess she wanted to drop that zero and get with the hero! ACKACKACKACK!”

Phil recently beat Silent Hill 2 again, and from his reaction to the ending, you can tell how much he's changed over the years. Now, he purposefully got a different ending both times in order to see another ending, but both endings are pretty sad and are essentially the same content anyways of James' wife's letter and her monologue. Here is his original Silent Hill 2 ending reaction.

I think that's just what anyone would assume when they hear someone has a steady income, not on welfare, and no job. "Some sort of financial shit I guess".

phil waddles up to her, and asks "IZ IT TRUE BBY?"
she says yes
"BUT U LUV ME RIGHT BBY?"
she says yes
there's an audible sound of two ungreaced wheels slowly rotating as phil stares blankly, followed by the sound of a lightbulb being turned on.

I've talked to her ex and just asked if Phil knew she had a man while they were talking and planning to move her to WA and he said Phil KNEW about it.

As far as I'm aware he can't link a different AdSense account to DSPGayming as long as the current one is banned. That's his entire problem. That's what he was initially REE'ing at YouTube about is that he couldn't find the option to de-link his banned 'dummy' account(his 3rd AdSense account according to his narrative) and remonitize his channel with his 2nd AdSense account. Ever since YouTube has continuously told him that's not a thing, and directed him to communicate with Google AdSense about his ban. That's why he's shitting on them with such vitriol.

I'm hoping there's a laugh to be had if AdSense ever gets back to him with the pertinent information as to why he ate a 2nd ban. Dave has already built up the story that it's completely erroneous because 'Invalid Click Activity' is only: You click your own ads, or you tell people to click your ads. If they come back at him with suspicious elevated click data or clicks from artificial traffic that he doesn't understand I hope I'll see an exceptional performance from him. Maybe a hilarious sound-bite admonishing his audience to NEVER click on his ads to create a wonderful juxtaposition with his original 'please click on the ads so hopefully, fingers crossed, I can make some money' clip.

I finally found this in a June 2016 SOKast with Aireaidlord, one-time IRL friend of Phil and mod for his channel during his first tenure on Twitch.

Aireaidlord drops the bomb that Phil was in a "car accident, getting paid in court", stunning Fred and the rest in the voice chat to silence.

"He got in a bad car accident where he almost died. He talked about that car accident, but he never linked it to his back. He sued the living shit outta the person that did it, and they were guilty of it. Cuz it was a hit and run and he almost died. So, yeah, basically he's been getting residual money cuz of the medical condition."

Starting at about 2004 or 2005 when the accident happened, "there was money involved, that was helping and I think that's what he dipped into when he got the condo and certain stuff."

The thought is there was a stipulation at some point, perhaps an examination by a doctor, that could challenge Phil's right to his compensation money. So he rushes off to Washington and breathes that famous Seattle air, miraculously curing his back, and it's never mentioned again.

He worked for a predatory loan company and allegedly has a Finance degree (apparently he's showed it on camera, but I'm still sceptical.) What this "financial shit on the side" could refer to, I have no idea.

If it was a court settlement (and sued implies at least some kind of case, even if it was a formality), and the settlement stipulated a doctor's examination to get or keep getting the money, Phil's running off would have amounted to a default judgement for whoever he was going against (either the person who caused the accident or their insurance company). So either there was no such stipulation (which I could believe, since any examination would have happened at the time of the accident) or Phil chose to leave money behind.
