It's a little different if Zach or EVS show up to the P.O everyday for months with hundreds of packages to send.

Going from memory but Jawbreakers - Free domestic, $12 for Canada and $20 WW for a 120pg book, Cyberfrog $10 WW 48pg. According to tweets like the one above packaging and shipping will likely cost somewhere in the range $4-13 per book domestically with international shipping being much more expensive. Lets not forget that preparing packaging and shipping all of these books is a job too, the comicsgate crew are currently performing this themselves and so should be paid a stipend for the hours of work that will be involved.

Not surprised, Simone is/was the original "get a comic book gig by complaining about feminism loud enough" writer and was always one of those writers who was desperate to look hip, so it was inevitable that SJWs would turn on her.

Hell, this isn't even the first trans-related controversy. Though frankly that one had a lot more mileage in my opinion since it seems like a basic crossdressing joke isn't nearly as "damaging" as the terrible writing that goes into introducing a trans woman by having them interrupt Batgirl when she's in the middle of talking about how the Joker shot and tortured her to go "yeah well I'm trans."
