I personally think they justify all of that just by some deeply focused and highly self serving rationalizations that focus on explaining why constantly supporting someone like DSP is a consistently good idea

Thing is, I don't see anything wrong with this guy with just a short glance at what he does (though an actual code monkey would be needed to punch holes into what he's doing), which begs the question: Why in the hell would you watch DarksydePhil when you have actual marketable talent?

It simple, they lack the brain capacity for any deeper thoughts, we’re dealing with a fandom of actual exceptional people.

The sad thing is they think innocent dave just overnight became a targeted attack by a malicious group of cyber bullies. When in reality he’s a truly shitty person and has drawn the attention of other shitty people over the internet to laugh and point and document his bumblings.

That’s my favorite part of all Lolcows, the fact that they and their fans are unable to understand the concept of why they are in fact, lolcows. Watching a guy play games everyday because you love his content is fine, but watching him because he’s an idiot you like to unironiclly laugh at instantly shorts out whatever wires are still working in their brains, every single time.

Dave is special because he really understands THAT he's a lolcow, but I don't think he understands EXACTLY why. So he does the rageathon, not understanding that it's not funny cause he's mad.

It's funny because he sounds like a literal 9 year old. He LITERALLY SAYS THE SHIT I SAID PLAYING TETRIS IN 1994

This guy seemingly abandoned Buildsharp years ago. Buildsharp was supposed to be another source port of Build to ultimately get a source port of the game Blood working. That was finally achieved by a Russian guy that made Blood GDX that runs in Java. But anyway, it's weird seeing this guy pop up and defending Phil of all people.

I wouldn’t say he understands he’s a lolcow, he just knows people think he’s one from this site and the lolcow.wikia

He’s never probably looked into what that actually means or how he fits into it, he just knows it’s a term associated with why negative people follow him

Let me explain how real adult children's toys work, nudnik. DSP did get this piece of garbage action figure. It obviously says on the package "2nd edition". Ack ack ack. DSP didn't want the shitty worthless 2nd edition figure, he wanted the extremely rare and valuable 1st edition doll.

And your point that it's only worth $60? Yeah, that's because his idiot parents didn't fucking listen to him (like always) and only the 1st edition is valuable. The 2nd edition is complete utter garbage and only an idiot would buy that piece of shit. His parents could have bought the original! It was right there! They had the money! What the fuck, am I right?

And besides, a couple months after his birthday he wasn't even mad about it anymore...

"Tevin" is a standout "Detractor" name. It was once the SOK, because they the biggest. And "Tevin" is a simple memorable name (at least for the white-folk). So Tevin is the one Phil know's about, which makes it the name Sidella and the others parrot.

As I understand it, this is a characteristic of all Lolcows. Chris Chan, for example, understands that he has autism, and so he "cured" himself of it (another guy has done this as well, but his name escapes me.) Phil maybe be aware that he has a Personality Disorder. Without outside help he'll never makes sense of the "why".
