How will Bob react to seeing the Mario film?

On the one hand, yes -- calling Bob a pedophile for any reason is insane; calling him a pedo-defender for going balls out for James Gunn is only mildly less exceptional. There are a million other ways to call this doofus out, even if you restrict yourself to his current Fukushima-level meltdown.

However, I'd argue that in his unfailing inability to understand human behavior or motivations, he invites this kind of low-effort trolling by his grotesque and hypocritical overreactions. I mean, this is a guy who spends 16-20 hours a day on Twitter pouring the most overheated rhetoric imaginable on people who disagree with him politically ... and the moment some moron says something that stings and is patently untrue, he starts mewling for Daddy Twitter to come out and protect him. He's a classic bully, in other words.
I agree; I don't see a need to go after Bob for things we have no real evidence of when there's such a rich cornucopia of exceptional things we have positive proof of. That's what makes chronicling and commenting on Bob so fun: we don't really have to do work other than recording and archiving his goofiness.

(yawn)

My god, is Bob STILL going on about the James Gunn thing? It's funny considering I think most casual Marvel fans have moved on already, while Bobbo and his ilk are still pissy about the whole thing..
They also think they have actual power, which :story:.
Yo, I'm sleeping on Jay and Silent Bob. I got to cop that shit now.
Hell yeah, I still quote Clerks: The Animated Series all the time.

A 37 year old man's biggest concern in life being a director getting fired from a comic book movie is beyond first world problems.
There's a lot more problems that are more serious than a director getting fired from a comic book movie that Bob should focus on, yet choose not to:
  • Immigration and border security problems.
  • Criminal justice reform.
  • Terrorism and war across the Middle East.
  • Secondary Education problems with testing and graduation rates.
  • Politicians stabbing others in the back.
  • How to save the film industry from having a crash that was caused by mergers.
  • Finding a cure to cancer and AIDS.
  • How to fix America's infrastructure.
  • How to get a proper healthcare system for all Americans.
  • Sexual assault in college campuses.
  • The silencing of free speech by corporate companies and SJWs on social media.
This list was spergy as hell, but they are several problems that are more serious than Gunn's firing.

If they're a republican, they're automatically a villain.

You heard it here first, folks. Lincoln? Totally a villain per Bob.

I've seen honest to god white nationalists with more nuanced views than Bob.

Bobby hasn't been spanked enough as a child, or perhaps his adipose tissue was so thick he didn't feel the pain?

Letting this happen is a "win" for the "alt-right" in the way that if you were consistent in your beliefs, you'd agree with them. You're not, so you don't. And now everyone is rightfully mocking you for it Bob. How are we supposed to take you seriously when you won't even consistently stand by your own beliefs? That's it. It's done.
It is completely consistent with Bobby's childish belief, namely "there is no bad tactics, only bad targets". The target is "wrong", hence the rage.

But what would be his views on the Democratic-Republican party? :thinking:Also, since Lincoln was a Republican president who was responsible for squashing slavery in the states, would that mean Bob would rather let blacks stay slaves all because Abraham Lincoln was a Republican?

Since Bob is a mindless lockstep Democrat, then in 1861 I'm sure he would have been all-in on slavery. They're unevolved, and not really "people," right?

Oh no, that's different. You see, there was a party switch at one point and thus anything the Republican party did up until an uncertain and unspecified year was actually good.

Well, they only counted as 3/5ths of a person due to the Three Fifth's Compromise, and considering the hardships of slavery and their use as farmhands, then yes, Bob would consider them unevolved.

New video. Take a wild fucking guess what it's about.

The uh, first few, uh, minutes, uh are about, uh, changes that are, uh, coming, uh to his, uh, channel.
I know brevity isn't Bob's strong suit, but he could have made a ten second video saying "I'm displeased with what happened.", and that would have gotten the point across much quicker than this 46 minute video.

Count every time he says "uh".

You are truly a hero to this thread. If you ever power level near me I'll pay you the beer I among many here owe you. God. Damn... (don't do it, buy your own beer it tastes better and Bob can't get you fired for it.)

I know it's old and I'm sure a dozen people have pointed it out before, but I just can't get over the fact that he has a series called "In Bob We Trust" like he's some kind of deity.
He was friends with Devin Faraci, a guy who seriously called himself: "The voice of a generation". Ego is a thing with Bob and company. Ego's so big they shouldn't but somehow do sustain themselves. Sort of like Bob being upright in spite of the Earth's gravitational field.

Holy shit, I watched 16 minutes of it and I can’t not keep watching Bob’s ugly fave and atrocious Boston accent for another 30 while he incoherently rambles on and on. This is bad, plain and simple.
