made non-game TvW videos for "Bitch Media" since roughly 2010. While this could work in your favor for her relative obscurity outside of people who would read feminist websites, once again I point out her
semi-popular hits starting form roughly around that time, including ones targeting
Kanye and
Legos. Not exactly celebrity status, but far from some obscure vlogger nobody would have ever heard of. Her Buffy fandom
was also not a secret prior to now.
Please elaborate the difference between a "secure tripcode" and a normal one, because I have never heard of different variations of a trip. I only know of the # followed by a series of characters that, when left untouched or simply reentered into an imagebaords namefield, will always come up as the same tripcode regardless of how long you use it (and fun fact, I've had one come up the same on both 4 and 8 chans, which suggests they stay the same regardless of where you use them provided the boards use the same set-up). If you're privy to some other, more elaborate style of tripcode please explain it to me, because I have only ever seen this one style of them.
Anita started in what appears to be 2009, 2010. She was getting some (though not as much) attention for her output well into 2012, when that Kickstarter would have been going and when those 4chan posts would have been made. I don't know where you're getting "6 or 7" years from, I assume the tweet about Buffy? No, I'm not saying that, because it's not the first time she had talked about the show. Or had even talked about Joss Whedon.
No way of knowing? I guess not, though it's a safer assumption that the board that likes to shitpost was shitposting as a not entirely unknown feminist to hassle spergs than it would be that someone who was very clearly already super into feminism and bashing she she didn't like would use 4chan, apparently knowing how to trip
but also ignorant of the culture of the board to not understand they wouldn't be amped for feminist hatchetjobs at vidyagames, and then tried to get away with it util years later when someone noticed she liked Buffy the vampire slayer.
