The jealousy in those tweets/post is telling. It's even more pathetic when everything he is saying can go right back to himself. Plus it's obvious he doesn't watch anyone else, or else he would know even for streamers to be professional one must knows the pros and cons of the game they are playing. But ol' Philly boi only sees these people as getting paid more than him.
They got the game early so no cost to them for buying the game, then they stream it so not only do they get paid from their viewers, but also twitch/Devs. Since Phil can't have that all he knows how to do is bitch and moan like a child!

Its also pretty telling that he used to say this shit all the time until he became a Twitch sponsor and did sponsored streams and started getting stuff early then it was radio silence about all the paid shills stuff, and now all of a sudden, reading what he said I realised that hasn't done a sponsored stream for a while, so maybe he's been dropped? And also he's definitely not gotten Spider-Man early and he starts saying all this stuff again. It's extremely childish and petty when you think about it. How it's completely fine for him but pure evil for others to do it. Its just his way of trying to deter his viewers from not watching anyone else. Thats all it is, he's afraid of other streamers and that they might take his audience. So he shames his audience into not watching them by making them feel like they're watching inauthentic, bad people. Phil knows they aren't, he's acknowledged they aren't many times.

I actually totally forgotten about that Spiderman game. Did he talk about it before? I would assume he isn't going to play it now if he isn't going to get it for free.

I mean people say Phil never learns, but at least he's consigning his toxic jealousy to his streams (which no one watches) instead of turning to the much more public, shareable Twitter now. Baby steps!

Looks like Phil got contacted by Twitch and learned he isn't getting Spider-Man early, or that they don't wanna do any more sponsored streams with him anymore.

And the most important one:

Remember, if the streams viewers are still paying them, its a paid advertisement NO MATTER WHAT. Something to keep in mind for the future...

This guy.

‘I personally decided against stuff that could have made me TONS of money.’

Well done dickhead, tell us again how ‘it’s not your fault’ and you’ve ‘been screwed over’ and everyone should support you.

I’m genuinely baffled by his anger towards peoples popularity. He’s still got it in his head that he NEEDS to be popular because he used to be. The fact he bangs on about his ‘ten year legacy’ shows he values time in the job over literally everything else; including quality, personality and good business sense.

He’s so angry that tastes change, technology advances, kids grow up. And when people call him out on his shit he fires back with:

‘I adopted direct capture.’ - Yeah after complaining for months about it.

‘I moved back to Twitch’ - Yeah after telling fans who recommended it they were idiots and it wasn’t going to happen.

‘I tried highly edited content’ - Yeah and you got a video with a million views and decided to go on holiday and not do them any more.

‘I’ve started uploading longer videos based on your feedback’ - Yeah and now you’re complaining you’re getting more subs but less money.

10 years and he’s trots out the same four basic changes as if he’s made some real sacrifices and is this astute business man. Every single one stemmed from fans (people who ACTUALLY like him and want him to succeed and help him out) and every single one he has vehemently opposed.

And he can’t work out why other people are more popular.

He didn't decide. He didn't get offered a review copy and he's incredibly butthurt about it, that's all it is. He can't just say "I didn't get a review copy, that sucks". He has to say "REEE I DIDN'T GET A REVIEW COPY BECAUSE EVERYONE ELSE IS A SHILL AND NOT A TRUE GAMER LIKE ME AND IF YOU LIKE THEM YOU'RE A KIDDIE MORON REEEEEEEE". He gets himself into so many holes with this shit. He can't just have his opinion, he can't even say that his opinion is the right one and leave it there, his opinion is right and everyone who doesn't see it that way is a moron/shill/kiddie. I don't understand it, but if I did, I'd probably have my own thread here too.

Phil's principles are entirely malleable. If he was ever offered a review copy he'd take it in a heartbeat, he has in the past. His principles, just like everything in his life, completely shift based on what makes him look good in the moment. When he doesn't get a review copy, it's because he's too real and everyone else is a shill. When he does, it's because he's a big deal and a canny businessman, and everyone calling him out is a dumb kid who doesn't understand how the real world works.

School is back in session. Can we anticipate the conclusion to DSP's valedictorian claim soon?
I just got the info.

It took me 2 months to get an answer. They did not want to tell me because I did not go to the school. I had to give them an excuse to get the information.

Sadly, Phillips Burnell is listed as the valedictorian of their class of 2000.

Of course he's going to play it, it's a single-player AAA game. Those are his absolute favorites. Also one of his first playthroughs was a Spiderman game that is still garnering views even now, and he's really convinced that this Spiderman playthrough will recreate the same views magic.

Must've been a bunch of dumb motherfuckers in that class that year.

As imbecelic as Phil appears though he's managing to extort thousands monthly from people online. It must take some sort of cunning to manage that, I guess.

You gots to be patient, my friend! Tut gifted 41 subs in a single night (a little shy of 1/2 of the 93 given in August), so Phil's already actually at 492 subs. And then, add 3 days to the following to see when they will drop out:

Total to date: 93
08-01: 2
08-02: 17
08-03: 20
08-04: 0
08-05: 1
08-06: 7
08-07: 0
08-08: 0
08-09: 0
08-10: 1
08-11: 0
08-12: 1
08-13: 0
08-14: 10
08-15: 1
08-16: 6
08-17: 6
08-18: 0
08-19: 1
08-20: 1
08-21: 1
08-22: 6
08-23: 0
08-24: 1
08-25: 0
08-26: 0
08-27: 0
08-28: 5
08-29: 5
08-30: 0
08-31: 1

The next couple of days will see a steep decline. Now, to be clear, I 100% assume that Tut's going to be gifting an absurd amount of subs (like, not going to be surprised if it's more than 100 this month), but again, that's artificial and sustainable only as long as someone continues that gifting.

History has shown that there is always someone who continues that gifting.

What the fuck kind of school is this?

Probably a smaller school in a more rural area of Connecticut. It’s not that hard to be top of your high school class if the conditions are in your favor.

I’m more interested in his ACT/SAT scores since he went to a regional university as opposed to a national/global one (at least according to someone who posted on here with a clip where DSP lists his alma mater. I can’t even remember the name of the university he went to)

ROFL they didn't want to tell you because they are woefully ashamed of this.

Lol, no. Baby Huey is many things. "Cunning" is nowhere on that list. He's a sped with an inner sped magnet the likes of which they use at junkyards to lift the cars into squishpiles.

This. Not to power level too hard, but I grew up in West Virginia. And even in High School we had students reading at an elementary level.

I shit you not, I had one guy I went to school with that couldn't find China on a map. So none of this is out of the realm of possibility.

I wonder if they would admit that Phil is an alumni? Kind of an embarrassment.
