Toothpaste-san acts exactly like some girls at my college. They're loud, aggressively opinionated and talk before thinking. So yeah, this conversation is entirely plausible in real life from personal observation.
I'd also like to hear more about Toothpaste-san. The artist seems to contradict herself as much as her anatomy changes per panel.

Doesn't look like Luna is all that active on Instagram. Been about a year since she posted there. Mostly pony shit, but then there was this from two years ago. Have to agree with Trollfunk. This is a good basis for learning how to draw people, albeit probably a just copy of an exercise or a sketch from some old school master. Luna has obviously abandoned any pretense at truly learning art judging from her more recent toothpaste-based content.

Well, she's also a fan and follower of Sophie Labelle, who's like the prime example of giving up artistic improvement in favor of gender-based strawmanning and poorly-drawn cashgrabs.

I think the decline in Luna's art might also have to do with how so many artists/aspiring artists migrated to more content-stream oriented platform kinda changed a lot of their priorities from cultivating audiences based on shared interests to being more "quantity over quality" oriented and flooding the tags with your art as often as possible while trying to stand out from the crowd of hacks doing the same thing by virtue signalling the hardest.
It's easy to churn out a ton of content on a regular basis when you don't give a shit.

I rated you optimistic because saying Dobson makes a career out of his lazy habits implies that he makes some degree of profit off his traced comics, and last I check asspats from 14 year olds has yet to be made a currency.

She doesn't come across as complacent, though, just very self-contained and sheltered. She's in her thirties, maybe even early forties, and her interests seem very autistic now that I think about it - lots of anime, Steven Universe, obsessive about the same things for decades... I should double check to see if she mentions being on the spectrum anywhere.

A preachy, wordy, unfunny extreme leftist webcomic. It makes very little sense, and the art is godawful, leaving it with no redeeming qualities.
The author seems to subscribe to the new SJW idea that comedy doesn't have to be funny, and that hatred = humor.

You've probably noticed that a few of those look familiar. It's because lots of her stuff seems to just be other bad socjus comics that she redraws and calls her own. Those tend to be the random ones that seem out of place among her "current events" comics.
Of course you'll want to poke around her site and check out her other stuff too. (which is apparently all uploaded and managed with Google+).
And don't forget to throw lots of money at her patreon. After all, who could say no to this face?
