No, what we fucking need is to have a popup that forces any account that is new to have to read it. I suggest a month, to be safe. Or better yet, ban people from AC who are habitually not archiving.

I just came here to suggest this. even better for site wide coverage, is to make it a secondary captcha on signup

Or something to that effect.
