No, what we fucking need is to have a popup that forces any account that is new to have to read it. I suggest a month, to be safe. Or better yet, ban people from AC who are habitually not archiving.
 
I just came here to suggest this. even better for site wide coverage, is to make it a secondary captcha on signup

"If you come here to post any information or links in threads about specific groups or individuals of interest to the farms, you must archive it with a tool of your choice"

"Q: What must you do before posting a link about someone?"
"A: Archive it"

Or something to that effect.
