His parents don't know he's there and if he does have any relatives there I wouldn't bet on them knowing he's there either.

Jace tells Eli what's been going in the area (probably weather or something since I imagine not much happens there) so when Eli talks to his parents he can make it sound like he's still hanging out there.

It makes you wonder how the phone conversations with his parents sound like. Is every phone call him just talking about the fucking weather too much?

There's no confirmation they don't know, and he's sort of supposed to be in college right now. I was just echoing DD's theory up earlier in the page.

Where did you hear Jace telling him that kind stuff?

He is an adult though? He can do whatever he likes if he's street legal. It might come with strings attached if his parents are paying his way through life of course.

Considering that Tel Aviv is one of the world's top 10 beach spots, there's probably some very good options, if hookers are your thing.

Personally, I'd rather just use what little social skills I have and see if that works. Probably safer and cheaper.
