Because every character is more hormonally screwed up then Chris himself. Cryzal is probably some form of tranny that became "beautiful" with binaural beats and creams.

For all intents and purposes to Chris, these are fully sentient beings whom he can have disagreements with.

Can confirm. Ever since the second game in the series, the Neptunia goddess/CPUs (save Vert, who is based on the Xbox, which has no handheld counterpart) all have little sister counterparts based on their respective handheld systems, generally referred to as CPU "Candidates" in universe.
