I cant believe I am gonna do this... as funny as Sargon’s clawing for approval is... Sam Harris is kind of a dope on this subject. In my opinion.

He hates censorship but never takes a defiant stand on the matter. He thinks papers and publications lie about him and radical islam but seemingly believes everything they say about people he doesn’t agree wih politically.

And while I do not think Carl should go on his podcast, I dont think Carl should not go on because he is “too edgy”, “too goonish”, or “too alt-right”. Which is what Harris seems to think about him, from the media.

His excuses for this are weak and reek of a desire to be seen as a Good Boy once again. Maybe if he didnt get so cross when it happens to him and seem to take a stand on it I’d see his side but it’s just the path of least resistance fron what I see.

I still listen to his podcast but I’d sooner trust Carl’s political acumen than Harris’. Just as I’d sooner trust Harris’ opinion on science than Carl’s. Though I dont mean to equate the two. I don’t trust Carl’s political instincts but I generally trust Harris’ knowledge.
