To add to this, apparently Tank's response to this was one of the biggest things that Dylan kept holding over his head and telling him he was a monster for. Here is a tumblr post where Tank tried to make up for that, and includes his initial responses. This apology post was made while they were broken up, but for some reason Tank was talking to him and trying to salvage some kind of relationship. In some of the chat logs between Tank and others when they were broken up, Tank mentions this, and how this wasn't good enough for Dylan. Because apparently this was the worst thing that ever happened to Dylan, and Tank wasn't outraged enough by it.

Here is Dylan's version of events. It's a big long post about how he had to deactivate his tumblr blog a year prior, because he was getting harassment and death threats, and of course makes no mention of the fact that he was getting harassed because everyone saw the way he was emotionally abusing Tank, as seen in the OP. Nope, in Dylan's version, Tank is the badguy for not being offended enough that somebody said something mean on the facebook. Dylan makes a bunch of other really suspect claims throughout the post, like that Tank never had sex with him, like what the fuck, there are photos of them having sex on tumblr. Dylan claims his therapist convinced him to totally forgive Tank which he totally totally did, but Tank had never apologized or tried to make amends? It's hard to get dates on Tank's tumblr posts as it is now, but I'm pretty sure Tank's giant apology was posted before Dylan's pity party newsletter. And even if Tank's big apology were after Dylan's newsletter, that was the second fucking apology/correction/offense taking at the gorilla comment that Tank made. But Dylan says Tank never tried to make amends at all. Tank apologized, it just wasn't good enough for Dylan, who had of course by then already forgiven him.

Dylan is a fucking abusive monster. It's so sad seeing how Tank went back to him.

I read through all this material, and felt so, so sad for this poor boy, who obviously was not quite all there and was taken advantage of by this utter creep.

But the childish handwriting on the kawaii stationery? My god. This poor boy never stood a chance against someone determined to fuck up his head.

There are some very vulnerable people out there, and I’m glad that this thread is a place where Dylan’s terrifying mistreatment of someone vulnerable is recorded, in a place where he can’t bully anyone into keeping quiet about it. Because he will seek out other vulnerable young men to harm. At least now if they stick his name into google, there’s a chance they will see this thread and get some warning about him.
