Yes, these were real.

There was also some Wasabi stuff from Lays that I enjoyed.

Sometimes making the best pizza tends to involve more pricier ingredients. I could see why they discontinued this.
That was indeed the smoking gun as to why they got rid of the priazzo, when it first came out it had it's own everything meaning sauce, dough and ingredients and it only came in one size and it took balls long to cook. Over time they got cheap for streamlining using the same ingredients as the rest of the pizza's and also something about the pans they used being kinda shitty as well.

Went through all twenty pages and remembered just as much stuff miss as I had originally intended to mention but other people have but here we go:
For food I have the Jack it the Box Colossus:

Basically a lovechild between a baconator and a double quarter pounder, also I have Ben and Jerry's Willie Nelson's Peach Cobbler swear to Christ this stuff was crack in ice cream form:

For drinks I miss Snapples carbonated clear root beer:

Maxwell House's Cappio, for a cheap coffee brand this stuff was pretty decent:

This stuff still sold in Germany but for a couple years there was a coffee shop by my house that sold this and I was hooked it was some the smoothest and strongest cola I've ever had. It's possible to get it ordered online but it costs a kidney in shipping.
And finally I remember this, Coca-Cola's attempt at a soda titled after the most known phrase in the world just above their namebrand:
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/OK_Soda Just looking at the cans and this stuff screams SJW douchefag and anyone holding a can of it should get punched and no conviction coming to the one who threw said punch.

I wouldn't doubt that's what happened. Reminded myself when the Stuffed Crust Pizzas came out (it was test marketed in my area as "Mama Lorelli's Pizza" in '93 or so), it had it's own ingredients as well, such as the sauce. I haven't had it for so long, but I'm sure that's been streamlined quite a lot as well.

It's sucks when that happens. You get hooked on something foreign and then find it difficult to get it again.

Reminded of a classic Afri Cola advert I saw years back.

Funny I don't remember this at all (seeing when it was made, it was during my high school years), certainly fits your description if any.

Reminded recently Taco Bell had discontinued it's Value Meal items (one item + medium drink + bag of Doritos) last Summer. It started at $2 when introduced around 2010 but had since climbed up to roughly $3.19 or so. There was a viral webtoon of sorts that was produced by J.J. Sedelmaier to introduce this...

Sprinkle Spangles

I have a vivid memory of eating this cereal when I would stay with my grandparents for the summer. They have both passed away now so the memory is bittersweet.

[SPOILER/]

I also think that Snapple (all flavors) should get a mention but I miss these four the most.

I drank that cactus one all the time.

Tazo had a chocolate raspberry tea that was really good. At least I think it was raspberry. Some kinda berry like that. But it was around the same time those Snapple drinks existed. It wasn't like a milk tea either. It was dark crimson and a bit thicker than regular tea. It tasted like a desert drink and had a tart chocolately flavor.

So that was who made those! I remember really liking the Earth, Fire, and Rain ones, but I couldn't remember if it was a Sobé brand or not. They were huge bottles, and a good value for the price when I got them out of the machine at A-school.

Rain was always my favorite. These came out when I was very young 6-7 I remember my best friend and I would pretend they were potions that gave the power of whatever was on the bottle. Kinda :autism: but hey we were just kids :)

Well it hasn't been discontinued but a while back ocean spray changed their cranberry classic from full sugar to Stevia and now it tastes awful so I switched to the chilled version until I open the new carton today and it tasted disgusting turns out they have now changed that as well.

Tastes like cheap shit generic juice rather than a strong nice cranberry taste.

It's so bad the original product doesn't exist anymore, it just has the same label.

Hi-C Ecto Cooler. I know it’s a 30-something boomer meme, but I was glad a new ghostbusters came out because they brought back ecto cooler for a bit. Shame it destroyed the franchise, might not ever get ecto cooler again.
Don't feel too bad, I never had Etco Cooler at all in my life.

I could swear that McDonald's or at least some McDonald's franchises carried it up until a few years ago.

The McRib.

Yes, yes, I know what you're going to say. The McRib isn't discontinued. It's just hard to find/seasonal/etc.

Whatever. I haven't successfully found it in many, many years now.

I know some people claim that McDonalds always has it in the fall, or always in the summer, or whatever. None I've ever been to do.

The McRib comes out whenever pork is cheap. That's it. That's the truth. When there's a surplus of cheap pork on the market is when it's released.
