The hilarious thing of the charge back (and pretty much all his "reemergencies" in his life - as many have pointed out) is that they are all self inflicted

I don't know. To me this seems like another one of his money problem scams. His post was vague and didn't go into any detail. Not only can you not really prove it you have to take his word for it. Just like how last year he lies and said that his money issues weren't taxes then a few months later he says they are taxes. Why would Tut give away thousands in bits and subs and then suddenly charge back his tips?

Just seems like another DSP scam to me.

This guy was messed up last night. If he streamed drunk he would be 1,000x more interesting and entertaining for both detractors and fans. He couldn't stream in whatever shape one was in to think this was a winner of a profile picture, but maybe half way there would be a good spot? Just enough to get him relaxed, talking, maybe feel comfortable enough to answer a question as simple as "what's your favorite movie?" He's always asking for something that would improve his stream that would take no effort and the answer was here the whole time. Gin is his golden ticket.

He won't until actual desperation sets in because he knows that he will say something (or some things) that could put him at actual risk of getting suspended/banned from Twitch again.

in the end it doesn't matter if he's lying or not, his fans are "i need a bicycle helmet to walk" retarded.

I think a lot of times when Phil claims that he has an “anonymous” tip come in, he’s pulling the same thing that bartenders and Pizza shops do... they put $5 in to give people the illusion of good service and are more inclined to put money in. I feel like in this case though it was tut and he didn’t want to acknowledge him.

Wasn't the last time Phil streamed drunk over Christmas last year when he made the "faggots and homos" remark? That alone makes me think the amount of times detractors report him isn't all it's made out to be. Phil stole my avatar. I think it's possible his scam is that he puts all his money in savings. So when he says "He has no money in his checking account" he's not technically lying. He could also be broke because he is bad with money there is lots of evidence to support this.
