Failed cos-player housewife with a soyboy cuck of a husband (?), suddenly becomes infatuated with a strong hard arse that's willing to tell her no (daddy issues Lauren?). Spurned advances and dismissal then turn into jealousy and hatred for Zack and Lauren goes to Zack's haters for arse pats and validation... Where have i heard this before? Oh yeah it's the exact same story as Zack's gay German stalker.
While I shouldn't rely on Nick Rekieta, with everything he has found so far e.g Knox v Taylor, I'm pretty sure they don't have to prove MW
threatened AP. Even if AP choose to deny that 'threats' or whatever didn't influence the decision the court likely won't give it much weight. Coupled with MW own statements on the matter he looks sunk.
Edit: on the defamation side, it will be really interesting if D&C still has his and MW phone call from last year(?) and if that can be admitted into evidence. It could get very interesting if MW admits to knowing that Zack isn't a white supremacist and then goes on to make those claims later anyway. I think it was recorded when D&C lived in New York, which is apparently a one party consent state.
