Not really? The lines of the nose are blurred more in the second, it just looks like some photoshop filters were used to get rid of some of the sepia tone.

“Watermarks” can be added pretty easy. I can’t even see any confetti in the two you posted. It just looks like Guillame Labelle manipulated the second to make it “smoother”.Look closer. The watermarks are in different positions, and the people standing behind Roy have moved slightly. There's also some confetti (?) in different positions.
When so-called gay rights activists care more about making their Voltron ships canon than advocating for real-life couples who face discrimination.

Well, considering that "het" sex is a basic requirement to keep the species going, it makes sense that it's much more common than anything else.I love how any character showing interest in a member of the opposite sex automatically makes Canon Het. Because S7 totally ended with Keith marrying Axca while Hunk tried to decide whether to give Pidge or Shay an engagement ring and Romelle made out with Coran. Amazing how these people who are SO SICK OMG of seeing het everywhere...see het everywhere.

Wait, did I just wrongthink?
To add, people on /co/ were saying Klance won because neither of them have a living romantic interest at the end of the series, according to the leaks. So I assume they must believe the opposite is true, two characters of the opposite sex existing and being single possibly means they're getting together later.
"Like a brother to me"
"The closest thing to a father I've ever known"
These things do not translate to "I want to have sex with this person." In fact, they tend to say, "I do not want to have sex with this person", because sane people do not want to have sex with family.
And anyone who says otherwise needs to be watched closely.
I think it's a leftover symptom of fandom of years gone by. Remember, about 10 years ago before every teenager decided they were moral guardians, no one would bat an eye at problematic ships that were between blood relatives or had massive age gaps. Not saying that's not weird, but it's even more amusing to me people argue over whether Shieth is problematic due to these aspects. You can tell they weren't around for fandoms like Fullmetal Alchemist and such.
Crack ships were a staple of anime back in the day. Mashing together two completely random characters, sometimes coming from different shows or characters who only only had very limited screen time (eg cabbage man from avatar) would often make for some hilarious stories.
