Most Libertarians are pro-LGBT rights, but since Chris probably doesn't understand what a Libertarian is, safe bet is Democrat. Also, the Democrat Party is the official party of the welfare recipient, and Chris wouldn't want to vote for someone who (in theory) would want to sink his tugboat.

As long as the :tugboat: is in question, he'd want to vote Democrat - a lot of Southern Libertarians are Ayn Rand fetishists that want to sink it.

That's assuming Chris did any research for the election, and to be fair many non-autisic Americans don't.
There could be a Republican woman who wants to eliminate tugboats and Chris would still vote for her because....JERKS.

In the past, Chris claimed people in the US were either republican, democrat, or "neutral". While the accuracy of this can be argued, it's how Chris sees the world and he's unlikely to change his mind based on new information.

Chris claims he's neutral, but I'd say a prior Obama vote + lGBq interests + Lack of interest in following issues = democrat vote. It's not the only possibility, but it's the most likely one. What bothers me is that Chris's participation in the process, despite knowing nothing about politics, is hardly uncommon in the American electorate. Today, Chris is more typical in that respect than most of us here in this forum.

As for anyone suggesting that Chris truly cares about Teh Gayz beyond what they can do for him... Lol, you're funny.

It's not a presidential election, so I'm surprised Chris voted. I wasn't even planning on voting until I ... did.

Chris uses LGBT*Q* now? As an asexual, I can only wonder how he feels about our kind.
He probably can't understand your lack of interest in China (or possibly :pickle:).

Eh. If he helps get an LGBTQ politician with good ideas in, then yay. At least he's being civic in some sense and he could have picked a worse issue to base his vote on.

It's kind of funny that Chris's political acumen boils down to a 50 year-old song snippet that passively acknowledges women's rights. I'm all for Chris voting on a pro-LGBTQ rights ticket, but at the same time, I'm pretty sure Chris would vote for fucking Sonic if he was on the ballot.

Unless he was on the Democratic ticket. SONIC'S PARTY IS NOT BLUE!

I'm sure Chris will announce who he voted for eventually, maybe even raging if X lost his/her (most likely her) race.

There aren't any women on the ballot. Greene Co. is in VA-5. His ballot will be for senator (all men), representative (all men), and a VA constitutional amendment (if the spouse of a servicemember KIA inherits their house as their primary residence, should it be exempt from property tax).

If anybody cares:
Senate:
R: Ed Gillespie
D: Mark Warner (incumbent)
L: Robert Sarvis

House (VA-5):
R: Robert Hurt (incumbent)
D: Laurence Gaughan
L: Paul Jones
G: Kenneth Hildebrandt

Eh, I think his lgbt supportive attitude is about as sincere as his supportive attitude to autistics. You know, like how he expects everything and everyone to coddle/pity/worship him due to autism but other autistics are "windows to hell"?

Really if someone only brings up hatred of those got-danged homo males he'd probably vote for them in a heartbeat.

Also given his offense at anyone even partially but not really implying he's asexual and asexuality's frequent exclusion from lgbt things, he probably hates them. I don't think he even comprehends the idea of someone NOT wanting sex. F*** Abstinence and all that.
