About 10 months into this whole thing and I haven't sussed out any actual points the anti-CG folks have made. If there are any, they're getting drowned out in the laughable "CG supporters are LITERALLY Hitler!" mantra.
At least when CG labels their foes SJW Socialists they're mostly being truthful. In fact the overwhelming response is essentially "yea, so what?".

My guess would be one of those big donations turned out to be a pronk or fraudulent or otherwise not legit.

One that is missing at least is the Chole Claire 10k donation, maybe Zack did donate to himself and lied to EVS chat... not a good look if true

I don't want to claim it as true, just that it's very weird that one big donation that is missing is apparently one of Ya Boi's friends. I also don't understand how it works, because that donation was one of the first and Zack had cashed out the first time at ~35k. So that 10k donation should have already been taken by his bank, pretty hard to get refunded after that.

Yes, I thought that was the sequence of events, too -- hers was the first big chunk, and he's cashed out once since. So even if he refunded that, it shouldn't have been wiped from the history.

I have a feeling that some political people are also pitching in. This sperg fight seems to have escalated to the political arena in a somewhat unexpected way.
Additionally, I think people on both sides should stop looking to the GoFundMes as an indication of legitimacy, people are just betting on a dogfight at this point.

Let's give GFM the benefit of the doubt that they're not doing something nefarious here. Someone in the LLP thread hypothesized that maybe Meyer refunded that $10k back to his friend after it became apparent that plenty of other money was incoming, and that sounds like a more plausible hypothesis to me at this point. Perhaps we'll get an explanation tonight on ComicsGate Live.
