Jim obviously hates people that misuse their positions for gain, whether it was people carpetbagging gamergate for shekels, Zoe quinn and the social justice brigade, or people like Kraut and Sargon who have a stick up their ass and don't mind stepping on other people to feel their ego. He also hates people that take things too seriously, taking themselves too seriously. I guess the personal aspect makes him all the more fiery. You know how those Irish are, especially drunken Irishmen.
Though at this point the dead horse is starting to turn into jello, but the more Jim keeps hammering at it, the worse Sargon makes himself look, so I guess there's still some more to be milked out of it. Sargon is looking absolutely terrible right now., and he just keeps sinking worse.
It kind of feels like Jim is getting bored of this as well, I think he stated things were going to return to normal soon, he just really wanted to deal with Sargon.
Just a quick note, the self-righteousness and increasingly SJW-y nature of the Randi-centered skeptic movement (see RationalWiki for an example) ate it alive and it looks like the guys who took up that moniker are deciding to repeat history. Thunderf00t is a good example of a classical skeptic. Though, the original skeptics are worse than the kids that adopted the title, that's for sure. Sargon is a true intellectual compared to many of the douchebags that were a part of the movement.
