Phil is apparently offered a "business deal" with this Washington-based protein bar-selling woman

What do you think the deal is? A mistress? An escort? Or Phil is actually gonna be SPONSORED by a FOOD business?

I think the deal is that she's trying to attract the attention of possible business partners (Twitch streamers) like a cheap hooker.

Especially funny now with the $16K tax begging because this will mean Mrs. Waggins is giving $400 to Twitch to give Dark $1,000 instead of just tipping him $1,400. I'm hoping Dark shits on him for not just tipping him

The December sub goal number to reach is to possibly be announced during his Smash streams. This will allow for last months gifted subs to have expired allowing for a 'reasonable goal number that won't need to be lowered later' according to D$P.

I'm pretty ignorant when it comes to law. Phil says TIHYDPs and re-streams are "illegal". They are "stealing" from him. He claims he's unable to bring these thieves to justice because he's unable to afford the lawsuit he'd need to bring against them. Is he not confusing two different types of Law here? Surely if they were actual thieves, it would be a matter for the police, right?

Theft of physical property versus "theft" of money to be made from intellectual property. Two very different things--one is criminal, one is civil. Regardless, outside of a straight re-upload of Phil's stream, it's already established that you can use portions of others' works for Fair Use reasons, which include criticism and commentary.

EDIT: I like that immediately after discussing his gout he's fighting a boss called gluttony and getting his ass kicked. It's almost like the universe came together to show him the error of his ways. He won't notice the coincidence though.

Actually pure cherry juice / raw cherries are a suggested treatment for minor gout/preventing flareups. But only cherries.

The acid in berries shouldn't really affect gout; mainly over consumption of meat, under consumption of water and a lack of exercise are the main factors.

Well, everyone is different, some people just have to limit it to poultry/fish most days, some can eat red meat once a day but only small to moderate portions, and some can't handle any meat at all.

He allegedly had blood tests but looking that up the first result is "The blood uric acid test isn't considered a definitive test for gout. Only testing a person's joint fluid for monosodium urate can absolutely confirm the presence of gout. However, your doctor can make an educated guess based on high blood levels and your gout symptoms."

It's entirely possible he does not, in fact, have gout.

From the off his initial plan was simply to try youtube out. Then it was things are going pretty good but I have no intention of doing this for the rest of my life.. I'll do it for a few years and then move on to try opening my own business (a restaurant I believe lolz) and some time later he changed this to this is just who I am now I'm a fulltime youtuber. When the money dropped significantly and the lifestyle bubble started to burst he resigned himself to acknowledging (in a private Q&A video at least) that he'd probably be begging for the rest of his days. Now he's back to thinking he won't be able to do it forever while also at the same time ensuring that when asked, people know his job sector is trash and there's no work to be had at all.

I didn't even know there was a panhandling career section on Indeed but clearly now we know what he's always checking on his phone.

Seriously though at this rate everything that comes out of his mouth should taken as tell 'em wut I think sounds good right now material and nothing else. He also has no PLAN B so.. yeah.

At this rate he's optimistic thinking he'll even reach 60. He's probably gonna end up croaking live on stream with the broadcast running all month until the electricity gets shut off or Kat finds him first. My bet's on the electric going out before she'd even pop her head in the door.
