Been lurking for awhile, but the latest Snort Burnell video had a segment that left me flabbergasted enough that I registered just so I could vent about it.

timecode in case I fucked up inserting the link: 8:39

"Once I can refinance the damn house, then I'm in the clear! Then, all the massive debt, this credit card debt, this loan debt - that I've had for years - goes away! That's thousands of dollars a month in my pocket, saved, that now can go towards things like: the taxes! Towards things like: saving money! Towards things like: maybe I can take a fucking vacation!"

He really doesn't realize that he's hoping to trade several debts for one VERY LARGE debt.
This moron is talking exactly the same way the people that took out subprime loans during the housing bubble were. They treated their homes like ATMs that spit out "free" money, took out loans against the value of their house without any concrete plan on how to pay back the loan. Deluding themselves that they could just refinance again when the monthly payments on the current refinance loan starts getting too high, rolling the debt into a larger debt.
That's what Phil is hoping to do with his Real Adult House, and he's going to end up losing his beloved Washington condo the same way the people that took out those subprime loans did in 2008.

I think we all can confirm that his finance degree that he "earned" in college, is complete toilet paper now. He has a degree in finance, yet he's going fuck himself even in more loans that he can't pay back and worsen his crushing debt. Amazing how anyone can live like this.

Teehee. Saving up. We all know that it's gonna go towards the latter thing he mentioned over the former. Just like when his Homefront video went viral, as in 500k views in a week, 800k views in a month and now almost at 1m views viral. And he used all that money to go on a staycation because he "needed it" rather than putting it towards debts, which he had at the time because this was post-move. He had debts day one when he moved in as he spent that much on the move.

This is the guy who spent 3 grands worth of microtransactions on a WWE card game after all.

On TKOH, 3rdEyethe3rd is suggesting Phil to play a new game using a pig-looking main character

If this guy is not the biggest undercover troll I dont know what he is, his recent behaviors are not even hiding his detractor nature but Phil chose to unban him because he is a 25.000bit cheerer, pathetic what Phil can do for those 50 cents

Kinda off topic but this reminds me so hard:
Dave plays Red Dead Redemption 2, right? Not very deep in the game, quite early, there is a mission where you have to collect the debts of people who borrowed some money from a companion of yours. One of them is a farmer with a new house, but he has no money left. Arthur (protagonist) punches the shit out of him while demanding to give him the money, but the farmer just can't do anything, not even blahk his attacks. If you decide to leave him, there is a dialogue which went something like that (huge paraphrasing):
"Listen pal, I don't care where you get the money from. Sell your house, sell your wife, sell your son, I don't care. We gave you money, you have to pay it back. We are not a charitable organisation." Indeed, they are not. And neither in the real world.

If someone knows if Dave made that quest, then oh please link it to the forums. The irony must be a blast.

(Oh, the wife also said he is ill. Could be gout! ACK ACK ACK)

wow !
If Phil did that, he could pay off his taxes and beg for another $32k next year.

dont give him ideas. he wont give anything to charity. hell pocket it all like the piece of scum he is

Is asked a question about if he will ever stop streaming

Claims he "loves" his job - and the first reason he gives???

"I've made more money doing this than any other job"...no shame at all

Goes onto say it might not be viable long term - that streaming when he is aged 60 is "probably not" viable

Unbelievable how insane this guy is

Starts at 1320 if the timestamp doesn't work

just the fact he says that "ive made more money" is just disgusting

Mrs. Waggins is indeed on record stating they will give DSP a 100,000 bitch here before the end of the year, so he has until midnight on New Year's Eve to give Dark $1,000 worth of bits.

lets be honest, hes just going to use christmas money from his family

Fave thing this week: Phil being in shock at the idea that, if you don't do goals for your Patreon, people stop subscribing to it and even if you promise a goal for that month, people begin to lose trust.

Took em long enough, he's pulled the same shit for years with his goals.
