I'm rather annoyed that Chris got so much out of drinking Coke. A decade and a half of religiously consuming Coke, and I didn't get any reward other than an acne-scarred face and an inability to keep a sleep schedule.

Why isn't Chris a bigger fan of Disney?

I mean his favourite film is Mary Poppins and he loves cartoons and saccharine songs but he rarely refers to Disney stuff (From what I remember he's sung one Disney song (A Whole New World) used the music from another (Be Our Guest) and there are some other things like his infamous Donald Duck impression).

You'd think he'd love movies like Frozen but I don't think he's ever mentioned it.

I think he wouldn't be able to tell, his views would be based entirely around whether he liked the movie or not. If he did then it'd be hand drawn, beautiful artwork. If he didn't, it would be low resolution, blocky and crappy.
As for something like Frozen he'd probably hate it since he's such a die hard fan of the fairytale love story, something like Hans would piss him right off and Elsa not being with someone by the end would make his head explode.

I feel like flash looks enough like traditional animation that the distinction is lost on Chris, he's not the most discerning individual and typically doesn't look far beyond the surface of anything. Speaking of cartoons though am I the only one who thinks the show Clarence reminds them of Chris?

I think part of what triggers Chris's obsession with high school is the media he consumes. Most of the shows he seems interested in these days are targeted towards preteens or are based around a school setting (ex. Equestria Girls).

You know, this was posted in the thread about Chris' taint piercing and bisexuality, but I think its fair to say that American pop culture in general has a fetishization of high school. Unfortunately, Chris is much less critical in his digestion of pop culture than the general public. I'm sure that his fond memories of high school are in part because every cartoon and TV show he's ever watched told him it was the apex of his life. Of course, once again, for ordinary people that's not true but for Chris his teenage years really were the best. His dad was alive, Barb's hoard was much smaller, the trolling hadn't yet begun, and Chris was forced to get out and socialize. He was an awkward weirdo, sure, but he wasn't a creepy tranny. Even so, if he would put more effort into just going out and doing something - anything - and less time wallowing in nostalgia I suspect he'd be better off.

Well, if it is anywhere it must be in Virginia, most likely in Greene County. Think about it, all the trolls must be locals that got stirred up by Mimms and Lucas or the Mastermind himself: Snyder. They got helped by the Green County Conspiracy, who not only paid the realtors to make it impossible to sell BC14, they must also have given lodging to the trolls.

I think Chris is incapable of thinking of the world beyond himself and his own (extremely narrow) frame of reference. I mean, I think a lot of people have trouble accepting the idea that the person they are talking to on the internet might be half a world away in Los Angeles, or Phnom Penh, or Cairo, but for Chris the world really doesn't stretch much beyond his tiny little corner of Virginia. He had a hard enough time grasping Australia and his understanding of Spanish is tenuous at best... I don't think he quite realizes how famous (or infamous) he has become online.

That's a good question. In light of his recent tomgirl crap, I would think he'd absolutely love the whole 'Disney princess' thing. Hell, that whole fairy tale romance thing where everyone eventually finds their 'true love' fits right in with his lovequest. It might just be that he is/was into classic Disney cartoons but never sperged out on it like he did with Sonic so we never saw that side of him. Then again, his family bought him shitty dollar store VHS tapes like 'The American Rabbit' when he was a kid, so maybe he never saw Disney movies or other pop culture staples.
