To answer some questions with knowledge of what happens in a "normal" instance:
The therapy Chris went to was NOT to determine if he's ok or if he needs a therapist or anything. It was actually an evaluation. They were just determining if he was mentally fit enough for trial and if he was 'safe' for the population's safety. That's it.

Getting out of community service isn't hard. Especially when you're someone like Barb; in Chris's case, all he or Barb would have had to say is that Barb needs Chris because of her 'conditions' and that she can't drive or function or whatever with out him. They'd have viewed his service to Barb as a way to stay out of trouble (yeah right) and as a way to pay back society... kinda. Like I said, it's not hard to get out of community service, Chris and Barb probably avoided it together.

Admittedly I'm not from Virginia, and things do vary from state to state. But in Missouri and Illinois, when a orders you to get evaluated, it has nothing to do with whether or not you're mentally healthy. It's strictly to establish if you have a delusion or illness that will cause you to commit a crime. You don't have to even resemble a healthy person, you just have to not be talking about how the knives are the only thing that calms the voices down.

Interesting, though perhaps not too surprising. As you well know, Chris is actually pretty damned boring in person. I'm sure even with a psychologist prodding him, he's unlikely to be all that bizarre. Chris' weirdness seems to come in intermittent bursts. We know about it because, quite frankly, we are a bunch of creepy weirdos obsessively following his antics. We have a whole wiki of his stupidity, which disproportionately biases us. Truth is, he doesn't act like he does in his videos 24/7. Chris may be weird but to a complete stranger he's not that interesting.

I'd not be shocked to hear Rob Bell tried to play him off as mentally incompetent to stand trial. If that was the case, then I guess the court system is one of the many organizations playing "Kick the Autistic" and denying his Autism "Get out of Jail Free" card.

Apparently, he called Chris an "Adult autistic child" (much to Chris' dismay), so they did play the autism card. To what extent this actually had any use for Chris is up to debate...

Fair point, though in all honesty, after learning about dirty crapped briefs all those years ago, nothing outright disgusts me anymore about Chris. He just is.

I certainly do gross things, we all do. I can't hammer the dude for wanting a taint piercing when I am nearly goatse tier myself, and have been for years. A key difference between a taint piercing and butthole pleasures is that only the latter actually feels good to receive.

Let me give my four-cent garbage on this: Chris is not actually transgender, not by a long shot. Chris is a black-and-white thinker who has been fed traditional gender roles since day one. Chris is a spectacular failure at the traditional role of men as a provider and as the pursuer, so he wants to take on the traditional female role of passivity. There's some deep psychological shit going on here.

I think he wants to be swept off his feet by a "tomboy" who will go get a job so Chris can sit on the couch all day.

That and Chris likely assumes that once he's a woman he'll never have to do anything hard again and will instead continue to be taken care of like a child. If you told him women have to do hard things too he probably wouldn't believe you.

I don't think any of it is funny anymore. He's not that big dumb little boy anymore. His innocence is gone, and that was all he had going for him. No more rose tinted glasses and no more believing his own fantasies. He's never going to face reality, because he's basically insane, but the obstacles that the real world keeps putting up for him are driving him further and further off the deep end. All this frustrated ranting is building up to another public outburst. Eventually, his anger is going to be greater than his fear of authority, and he's going to get himself back in front of a judge, with priors.

Pretty much this. I just don't think Chris can really be transgendered or whatever he claims since he has such a poor understanding of genders in the first place.
It's not just "what attirbute applies to what gender"? that Chris got wrong, but also the very idea of what gender is or how it works (at least that's my impression).

The way I see it, for Chris gender is nothing more than a label he attaches to himself that comes with certain benefits and drawbacks. It just so happens the 'female gender' (or rather Chris' perception of the female gender) is far more attractive to Chris.
I'm mainly taking this from his depiction of female Characters in his comics, reasoning that's his condensed idea of womanhood or womanly roles/rolemodels.

Males are jerks and have to do the hard stuff -both in the relationship/dating and the workfield.
Females are perfect human beings who are always nice, but above that: they are passive and aside from minor chores have to do no work, neither in the relationship nor elsewhere. All they do is shopping, having fun one way or the other and fuck their bf's everloving brains out.
It seems Chris thinks women don't have to work, yet his own mother did work. I guess that's something he got from cartoons, where mothers are icons of the family life and seldom work. Wouldn't be surprising if Chris just decided he'd prefer the cartoon reality over the real world and ignored all other things.

He unquestionably has gender-issues, but his gender confusion isn't just limited to what gender he himself has (or wants) but also how it works and what it is in the first place. He's stuck with a completely old-fashioned worldview inherited by his parents, some misconceptions he himself created and some confusion he simply has no clue how to deal with.

Since Chris's whole ~lesbian tomgirl phase~ I've wondered if he'd ever consider dating a raging bulldyke.
Or what about FtMs? Are they JERKS too?

I think thinking about these kinds of things just further confirms his limited knowledge of gender.
 
My guess is as long as it has a naturally grown piece of china, Chris is gonna be up for it, bulldyke or not.

If it has a duck, artificial or not, I doubt he's going to be interested.

Now MtFs, that would be interesting and I would love to see Chris stance on that. I would expect some hypocrisy like with the "windows to hell" or "slow-in-the-minds" from Chris. Ie: "MtF Trannies? EWWWW! I don- I wou... Would you want to wake up next to THAT?"
