Back in 2009/2010 I received a phone call from someone I'm close with. Amidst her sobbing she had told me the person mentioned in the link below had struck her.

Back in 2013, while in my presence, someone I was close with received a photo via Snapchat of the aforementioned individual's dick. No context. No warning. Unsolicited.

In private I've confided these issues with Cynthia when they had occurred as they're not necessarily my stories to tell or act on, however upon hearing what had happened to Cynthia (amongst so many others coming out now) I'm not going to shut up about this.

Fuck Eric M. Esquivel. It's on sight.

I don't know whether the dude is guilty of anything or not, but I do know SJWs won't give a flying fuck. He's accused so he's a rapist, even if he was their best asshole buddy just yesterday.

The link you need to archive on Facebook is the date/time of the post. Doesn’t really matter if on mobile or computer, just copy the time/date link and drop it into your web archived of choice. If you don’t want the mobile version to be saved change (m.facebook...) to (www.facebook...):

When we're done laughing about Listen & Believe and the woke-male-feminist-is-a-creep trope being given yet another example, this is pretty much my feeling on it. I can't even remember what state she's saying this all took place in, but I can guarantee you that its statutes of limitation for sexual assault and statutory rape are for far longer than a decade, if they exist at all. And prosecutors love trying these sorts of cases because there's a high conviction rate and it makes them look good when promotion time comes around.

This isn't like The Zoe Post where Zoe was exposed as a creep but hadn't really done anything illegal. This is criminal behavior. Create your blog post if you want to, but if what you say is true and you have nothing to hide, go to the police first.

Which is kind of telling. It's the dog that doesn't bark, to borrow the Holmesian metaphor.

Same thing with the much lamented Title IX inquests. Girl gets shitfaced, sleeps with a guy, suffers morning-after regret, and calls it rape. Knows darn well the cops are going to ask questions, so she goes to the university reps and demands THEY fuck up the guy's life.

This one is hard to bring to the po,ice as there is a consensual relationship buried in the abuse. But it does open up a few avenues of prosecution not involving Cynthia, and that are much much worse.

For months, this kind of behavior continued. I would tell him I didn’t want to anymore, and he would make comments like “Okay, I’ll just go after your friends then, how about the minions?” (Minions is what we called the students we’d hire that were part of a highschool program.)


He actually did go after my friends. I spoke to a couple about it recently.

It wasn’t till over a year ago after he bragged about meeting the parents of his underage student he was planning on sleeping with. (He was teaching writing classes at a comic shop/showroom in LA, it’s now closed down)
