Adding a bit of extra info about this suit, it's a Gnoll from World of Warcraft called Hogger.

This suit is made by Kazplay that have also made other fairly decent looking cosplay suits, like Genn Greymane and more recently some demon goat thing from another Blizzard franchise. They frequent Blizzcon and this Hogger cosplay won the cosplay competition 2017. It's close to what it's meant to look like, which is a rabid and somewhat goofy anthro hyena.
