It's nice seeing the influx of new accounts to the DSP sphere. Year-end is a great time to see DSP in true form. And the Emerald_Seven thing is a real exceptional milestone in the DSP lore. I feel like I'm not as shocked by it as I should be. I think the Dutch ball bat broke me.

Phil is always ahead of the game. Learned how to do laundry at the young age of 35 and finally noticed season passes are a scam in 2018. Jesus man make an effort.

I've always speculated that he's terrified of being recognized at Game Stop or any local game place that allows trade ins. I also suspect that it happened once, many years ago and it freaked him out pretty bad. That's why he went from being "Mr. GameStop" to always buying digital.
Of course he probably doesn't know you can trade in via amazon. Not just games, but equipment like that switch pro controller that he is so upset about buying. Or he's just too lazy. Probably lazy.

Definitely lazy, but he’s slowly becoming more and more of a literal hermit. I wouldn’t be surprised if 5-10 years from now he just starts pissing in bottles so he doesn’t have to walk to bathroom anymore.

The saddest part of the emerald cuck arc is he’s most likely not going to effectively beg as hard for his Christmas stream.

Now don’t get me wrong, he’s going to beg, but it’s not going to be anywhere near as good as last year, he looked like a dirty fucking bum, and was so miserable and talked about his failed relationship with Leanna, that shit was great. Now he’s got 12k inbound and pretending to have a soul maid living with him, he’s gonna really have to pull something exceptional out of his ass to top last year’s miserable event

Doesn't that excite you, though? Can you even wait to see what sort of yarn he has to spin to make himself out to be destitute after the amount of support he's already gotten?

Are you not thrilled at the possibility of being told that """something""" has come up and now all that would-be tax money has to go there instead?

I'd say he's going to be very upset when the software servers fail and/or user rights are revoked and he loses access to all his games but he hates video games and I'm sure in those cases it'd only come up as the subject of a Chill and Fun Save My Collection Retro FundraiserMarathon Schtreem.

God, just typing the words "chill and fun" made me nauseous. I can hear his fucking smarmy voice in my head.

He's already set it up--first is that he's pushing the narrative that emerald's gifted subs only got to a little under halfway, when he's actually at about 75%. The other bit is that he's still been pushing tips hard, so I'll be shocked if he doesn't have a tip goal up for at least one of his begathons. He's also hinted at more "behind the scenes" stuff that he will (over)share during his Christmas Eve couchside talk at the camera. So who knows what sob story he's going to sigh loudly about before muttering through.

But is he going to look like a dirty hobo who got donated Christmas clothes? Because that’s what really brought that mess of a Christmas stream together for me

I'm gonna say "nonspecific-but-scary-sounding health scare" as my safety with "something going on with Kat's family so I need money so she can go home" as an outside chance.

Edit to add: if Kat is in fact gone, option two will kill two birds with one stone :optimistic:

Yeah christmas eve is going to be interesting, he is going to spin the I need a holiday narrative he already did the other week. Tere is a problem with that though so he needs the 16k for his disney trip with Khet but him being away for 2 weeks will fuck him overit will also blow his cover as he always has to maintain form. Cent be a beggerif you are sipping martinis.

So if khet accepts the proposal he is going to try and seal it quick with a pre nup which she wont accept because we know she is a gold digger. So non pre nup Phil is going to be hilarious.yeah optimism as fuck I know but I think this is demon girls plan
