I don't think Chris is really experiencing any of the Merge symptoms. It's too much of a coincidence that his health would be catastrophically failing right as the Merge saga is happening.

I think it's just his autism acting up again. He's probably just role-playing, sitting there in a meditation pose, imagining that he's building up his powers for the Merge. His mind starts to drift into a daydream about Sonichu and pals, and he later describes that as genuinely seeing and hearing his friends in the other dimension. Maybe he sits long enough that he feels pins and needles, and interprets that as his lightning powers manifesting, or he's just outright imagining that, too.

There were some girls he met at the card game place. They hang out IRL sometimes, see movies, etc. Chris has hung out at their houses a few times.

Does anyone play along with this craziness on his Twitter? From what I've seen he uses Twitter to bug celebrities, rant, and give people unsolicited advice.

If his Twitter is filled with negativity then all the positive reinforcement must be coming from the Troon Squad or some unseen trolls. Between that and (possibly) Wise uploading the blackmail videos to Chris' Twitter, Chris has more strings on him than a harp.

There are definitely people on twitter playing along with this because they think Chris will then PM them saying "OMG SONIC, let's be friends!" and they can get an in as the next trolling saga.

Basically this thread. Chris' PMs and email is just constantly full of speds pretending to be girls or sonichu or whatever. It has a ridiculously low response rate, let alone success rate but people keep doing it.

He did the same thing when he sliced open his taint; saying that it was all a ruse ("Hey trolls. Gotcha! That photo was a fake. I have no wound down there... To clarify the photo was a hoax.")

Hopefully he still has enough of a grip on reality that he'll back down... I'm not sure what other choices he has other than to delay the date non-stop.

I don't know. My bet is one of two things. Either he'll do what he's done lots of times and just forget this entire thing and refuse to talk about it much, or he'll completely flip and the fireworks will begin. When life isn't what he hopes it to be how can he adjust other than in the past ways he's dealt with things? What tools are in his psychological box? It's not like we've seen any real positive growth from him.

I mentioned the anti-depressant withdrawal thing, in response to talk about "electric sensations? Sounds like some serious brain issue- Chris really needs to see a doctor ASAP".

My main point was that if Chris's "electric" stuff is anything, it'll be some minor, common, inconsequential issue (like the most common side-effect of the most commonly prescribed drug in America; not harmful, a total non-issue) rather than the serious shit like brain cancer or MS that were being thrown around.

But yeah, generally shitty health, sleep deprivation, god-awful diet, some minor side effect of whatever drugs he's on- my money's on that level of seriousness.

I don't think there's much reason to doubt that he's feeling any symptoms. My suggestion of simple partial seizures is not as serious a health issue as it sounds. They can be caused by stress, excessive caffeine intake, lack of sleep, dehydration, etc... in non-epileptics.

He could also just be making everything up. Who knows.

The universe that Cwcville is in is the default universe. It's where all fiction that is in a nonspecific universe, and shares the real universe's timeline, exists. Chris says there's a portal to the MLP universes in the other universe's Maryland. Most of the properties that Chris says exist in the other universe are specified to be in their own universe or timeline, so I don't know what could exist there. Marvel, DC, Pokemon, Sonic, Mario, and Hyperdimension Neptunia can't exist based on Chris' stupid rules.
