Because Chris thinks that all he has to do is apologize a lot and all will be forgiven, no matter what he's done. Like, he tried apologizing to Megan after she found out about ShecameforCWC, he repeatedly tried to apologize to Michael Snyder after getting kicked out of the Game Place for being an obnoxious creep, and he apologized to the Asperpedia Four in Sonichu 10 while they were being brutally murdered for their supposed crimes against God-Mayor CWC and his precious children. Unfortunately for him, people have generally refused to accept his apologies, because it's clear that he doesn't really mean it and is just trying to get something he wants by making a melodramatic show of remorse.
I figure he'll try apologizing to the TMG people and claiming that he's "better" and has matured, etc etc, and then he'll get buttmad if they tell him to hit the bricks and have a shitfit about it on Twitter.

IIRC, he copy-pasted "I'm so sorry" or something like that into an email a bunch of times, and when that didn't work he moved straight into being hilariously creepy and gross about it. In the end, of course, it still boils down to "Chris is an emotionally stunted dumbass who doesn't get how apologies work."
