Chris spergs about his health and well being. He's felt a lump in his nutsack before and he flipped out and went to the ER. He can't deal with nuance like moderation, but he can monitor a blood glucose monitor and stop eating when it gets too high. Chris is likely to do a good enough job at handing diabetes to not lose any limbs but that's about it.

Okay first off, we need to hear more about chris somehow evading testicular cancer
Second, that's only until he decides that he has a vagina growing in his ankle too and that he needs to lose the foot to diabetic shock to become closer to womanhood
And then retroactively decides that the stump was the side it grew in all along, not that other one that he originally envisioned getting hacked off

I can't really blame Chris re: the testicular lump, that shit is scary. Of course, when I had something like that I called in sick to work and scheduled an appointment with my doctor, didn't freak out and go to the ER.

At least he saved time and money by not insisting on an OB/GYN. For his balls.

I seriously doubt that. Chris can't take care of himself right this instance and probably considers stuff like water and sleep icky and disgusting. He probably thinks if he stops eating, he can drink more Dr Pepper to compensate. Eventually, the real erectile dysfunction will come from diabetes.

He's at least never going back to identifying and trying to live a lifestyle based on male gender roles. He tried it already and he knows he doesn't like it/can't cut it as a traditional male. He has no incentive to go back to being a man. He doesn't have a wife whose going to leave him, friends and family who will distance themselves or a workplace that finds this unacceptable. He may commit less effort to passing or expressing his feminine identity, but it'll be out of apathy rather than a desire to go back to being a male.

Yeah, he bought that from Thailand, but that's not HRT. It's just like light estrogen gel to alleviate menopause symptoms. You need much stronger stuff and you also need testosterone blockers for proper HRT.

Chris got a prescription for the real stuff a few years ago.

To be fair, he probably would have ruined it and made a jackass of himself and ruined the event. Not a-logging. He doesn't seem to realize the point of those things is show everybody how far you've come since then, and to see how all your friends ended up. Sure it's cool to reminisce, but he'd be looking to get the gang back together and go back to the way things were in high school.
