It's good to see at least one person point out some of the inconsistencies and hypocrisies going on and I applaud whoever was actually standing up and saying, "no, some stuff is actually pretty sick and wrong" in the face of all the "whatever anyone does in private is okay."

Also, I like their approach to the problem. The crux of their defense is that if people didn't know about it somehow make it alright. On the other hand, people getting offense because of porn on the internet is pretty funny too so no matter what happen I'm having a blast.

I'll try to make it up by looking for more content of that Rikafag, that guy who publically admitted to CP and other weird, deranged shit. He latched onto a lot of different groups and was typically often banned for obvious reasons like talking about his pedophilic tendencies and history and a lot of people downright hate him. I'm sure someone has some of his...interesting posts saved.

I think some people were actually trying to have him reported to Canadian authorities as they actually knew his Steam account but weren't technologically skilled enough to actually find him.

Heads up, a similar community to r/waifuism is emerging on Twitter called the #ObsessiveShippersClub, though the hashtag #SelfShip is also used. It consists of people who call themselves "self-shippers", people who ship themselves with a fictional character. Self-shippers themselves have been around for a while, as they probably use the term to avoid the use of "waifu" and "husbando" altogether. But the hashtag was created when someone was told that she was being unhealthily obsessive for buying a Sash mug.
