In all fairness, it's not Keem's job to be the YouTube complaint department. As soon as some fuck gets banned or struck down, their followers go straight to Keem and bitch. Mumkey knows his content is considered "edgy" and he comes off like a lil bitch. Waaahh! Take your lumps like Ralph did and do something different.

Even then, it's still kinda Danny's fault for costantly painting himself as the "good cop to Susan's bad cop". If you don't want people treating you like a customer service rep, don't potray yourself as one.

Nobody loves Mumkey more than me, but all you need is a bit of common sense to understand he makes content that Youtube doesn't want on youtube. I make content that youtube doesn't want on youtube and I'll probably get banned too if I ever stop flying under the radar. On top of that, even if there was a chance he might have gotten unbanned, he blew it by being as abrasive and antagonistic as possible when contacting youtube. I wish him the best of luck, I'll keep watching his content on his own site and I mirrored his video on my channel like he asked, but I was expecting him to get banned from day one and I knew he won't get his channel back as soon as I saw him tweeting at youtube calling them fuckfaces.

Perhaps, though it still comes off as super hypocritical on Keem's part given his own history of ban evasions and the fact that his own TMZ-esque content isn't exactly "advertiser friendly" when compared to say...Buzzfeed Videos

Uh, yeah. Basically. The dude's not funny, he has zero comedic timing, he takes himself seriously. He is poison to humor.

I'll never forget when he started showing up on The Ralph Retort, and he's juxtaposed by like 5 other people, including Dick Masterson and Jimothy, and he is by far the least funny. Dick Masterson is a comedian, a professional comedian, who's work in comedy nets him about $25,000/mo at this point just in people throwing cash at him to thank him for his comedy. Jimothy is Internet famous for his deadpan humor-at-your-expense. Situated next to these two people and others, Keemstar throws out line after line of conversation killing, dead-in-its-fucking-tracks bullshit that stalls the stream so hard you can almost hear the other people's brains whirring trying to figure out how to keep things going after he's done talking.

Even at what was undoubtedly Keemstar's finest moment, the Mundane Matt stream, he's talking about his REVENGE list, and how he's out for JUSTICE, and once MundaneMatt got exposed for flagging and lying about it, Keem considered that JUST DESSERTS and his REVENGE is complete -- like he's the world's most autistic Santa checking his lists. No one gives a shit about your revenge lists, Keem. You're a grown ass man. Fuck off with that.

Keemstar is someone you want as an ally but only because he's learned how to bed corporate allies in YouTube, not because he's funny, interesting, personable, or reliable.

Well, even if he wasn't YT's bitch, we should take to account the possible reason for Mumkey's ban. As he stated himself, it most likely was caused by that FBI event, where they showed his video about Roger as the proof of growing incel problem. And it would explain why other videos with his manifesto are still there. Therefore it is useless to try to negotiate with YT when FBI is still concerned.

I know this is only tertiary to keemstar but if this is actually why they banned mumkey they're extremely retarded. I watched mumkey's elliot content more than once and at no point does he justify rodger's problems, the closest he does is admit sympathy to him but makes it clear that doesn't change that Elliot was a monster. Banning mumkey for shining a lot on the Incel problem is like firing a whistleblower for leaking your printers catch on fire to the press. It doesn't solve the problem and it makes you look willfully ignorant.

Something else I wanna point out here, if it hasn't been already, is that Keem is technically banned from Youtube in an individual capacity. He "rule lawyered" to get back on by registering Drama Alert as a separate entity that "employs" him. I think that's a "Sword of Damocles" over his head, because the ToS is very malleable and subject to arbitrary decisions. They could easily just reverse course and boot him again. Or change the language of the ToS. I would submit that an argument with TY over whether he could keep Drama Alert is probably how he got his contacts in the first place.

It doesn't make him any less of a sellout, of course. On the contrary, it's the blueprint for how he became a corporate shill.

It's worth noting that while the warning signs may have either been hard to find or easy to overlook, they sure as hell were there. During the whole #WSJKillsKids situation (after the money raised from Ralph's charity stream was denied but before all of his YouTube accounts were nuked), Keemstar put out two videos on Twitter, one at 3:04:37 of the stream below (which I already have timestamped) and the other at 3:18:42, then came on to the stream proper at 3:26:36.

The gist of what he's saying here is that he understands where YT and the WSJ are coming from, given that Ralph's show draws in some naughty, naughty people. Basically flip-flopping on the whole issue lest YouTube takes him down yet again and all those 4M+ subs go down the drain. A choice quote would be:

"Here's the thing: I understand where the Wall Street Journal is coming from. You know, you've got this show with all these viewers with the...people are saying all these racist stuff and crazy stuff, like, y'know, it's a story. As a...somewhat of a journalist, I-I see this as a story and I have every right to write that story. I cannot blame YouTube.
