I think there's a good middle-ground where the thread could still have a lot of information about the lolcow while helping to cut down on the lawsuit spam. Just post the lolcow's city and state rather than their full home address. If KF's goal is not targeted harassment, as has been said by multiple people now, then I fail to see why this would be a problem. It doesn't compromise the humor value at all.

Not every lolcow who has a thread on here is a degenerate. They might have only done one or two "funny" things, yet still manage to get threads made, even before much more controversial people.

I came to this website for literally the exact thing some people in this thread have talked about. To laugh at other people. Some of you get triggered over being "compared to 4chan", but if you're potentially enabling more deranged people to endanger others just to add an extra laugh, then does that really make this place better? Please take my advice for your own sake - Threads are created on anyone with potential and grow according to the amount of content and hype they generate as more people laugh and add new info to the thread. Despite the fact that you've signed up here for some reason and watched @LagoonaBlue flame out in her own thread and still haven't internalized how it works is baffling.

Additionally, there are instructions on top of the page how to not be a target in giant, bold, and flashing letters.
