I'm doubtful Donga will get sued, since he probably has no money, so there's no reason for the promoter to waste the time and resources on a lawyer to go after him.

Considering Andy apparently did everything he had to do and is still going, I can't really understand people dragging Andy into that conspiracy. It's pretty evident that Tonka alone bitched out.

It would be pretty weird for Andy to not only fly to another country, but the wrong part of the State he was meant to go to after the fact. Andy, Ralph, Nick the lawyer and the fight promotor all blame him. His co-host splits from him, he doesn't book a hotel and didn't put in the name change. It's clear as day that it was him who fucked up/did it intentionally.

I'm convinced that Tonka sat around and did nothing with no intent of showing up in the hope that Andy would back down/quit, and when it was getting close, and it was clear that he was not going to do so, Tonka tried to do a Kraut and do some form of IRL gay ops to get out of it. It obviously blew up in his face.
