Knowing Tonka, how long do you think this drama will be drawn out? He's too dumb to back down now, he's just gonna keep talking shit until some diehard Tonkatards prop him up out of his chair so he can keep throwing punches.

I think he'll pull a Kraut where he fucks off for a while, but then comes back to do more gay ops (probably with Kraut).

Just as an aside, (if) Tonka does have a spinal injury and takes medicine for it, i'm not sure which kinds..does his dick even work?

Zoom claims, through an anonymous source, that Vamp let slip in private conversation Tonka couldn't get his dick up the last time she visited him. So she ended up fucking Jewkeem. We don't have confirmation of that though.

Vamp just indicated on Twitter that she's sticking with him (just like I said the dumb bitch would).

So question:

If the notary stamp didn't have a number or whatever on it why didn't the promoter raise hell when it got sent to him? Was he just working within the NDA? Also, Donga's family owns a car lot right? Does anybody know if they can trace the notary used on the document in question with the one at the car lot? As far as I can tell that'd be the only way he'd be able to get it notarized but not officiated if that makes sense.

6000 bucks... alright so according to the Knoxville Civic Auditorium and Coliseum's website, the tickets for this show ranged from $106 and $33.

I'll make a conservative guess here and chop off the highest bracket of $106 and then average the remaining tiers of 96, 86, 54, 44, and 33. The average is 62.6, so we'll round it down to 60 bucks as the average ticket cost.

Valor's total losses of $6000 divided by an average ticket price of $60 equates to about 100 individual sales. And I would be willing to bet that the real sales numbers would skew cheaper, with many people buying those 33 and 44 dollar general admission tickets.

So you can likely say that Tonka acting a fool dropped Valor's attendance by at least 100. But don't rest your court case on my numbers, do your own analysis.

If I recall, the specific spot inside the complex where the flight was to occur had a capacity of 2,500.

The owner of Valor, who I assume is far less "in the mix" than this Tim guy, must be so fucking confused. This fight between two scrawny amateurs with internet beef was so far down the card that that it was on the level with whale shit, yet its been a constant hassle, has taken away 6k, and probably was set to make up a majority of the PPV/audience. I first thought that they would sue because of blood from a stone and all that, but I imagine that someone from inside the fight game must consider this a genuine affront to the sport.

@Fougaro Can you think of any historical, mythological, fictional character who has fucked up this par? Maybe a Sisyphus? Loman? Someone who is an eternal failure. Charlie Brown? Or does Tonka deserve his own credit as in "You pulled a Tonka."
Closest I can think of is probably that one guy who was in charge of Bolivia and started a war with Chile that he lost so badly that his country got landlocked. He actually showed up to the fight he started though.

Well, if we're speculating on the future I think Donga will claim he is happy with the outcome because his stream is small again and constantly trash talk people engaging in legal speculation as "goofs" who "don't know what's going on, there's lots of things in play"

if it wasn't for that tooth, I'd predict that Vamp would dump Donga as soon as court papers are served... but I think she knows exactly how many points out of 10 that dead tooth deducts from her ability to attract someone better

He's probably used to getting paperwork from people who want and intend to compete and are using their actual legal names. There's an excellent chance he's never seen what a notarized intent to change a name is supposed to look like, or even knew that there was a possibility of receiving one as part of the paperwork equivalent of a shit sandwich

The problem is that while people make comparisons with Baked Alaska and MundaneMatt, Tonka has shit the bed in a more spectacular way than both of them. As a matter of fact I don't even know if Tonka's implosion is second only to Kraut's or even worse.

It's worse.

I mean, think about it. Did any of those three do IRL damage on par with the financial damage Tonka just caused? Valor is out a lot of money because of this. People who wanted to see the fight are out a lot of money. I think there's a clear delineation between dumb internet shit that remains confined to the internet, and this.

I suppose we could talk about Rage After Storm, but that was more than just Kraut, and it was confined to one person.

We laugh about CWC and the "dimensional merge." Fuckin' Donga tribe just made it happen in some respects.

Good question.

A brief TL;DR on Tonka would be, as it is my understanding, that he is a LARPer who was desperately clinging to a facade which, combined with a classical dose of being mad on the internet, cost him almost everything. As a result almost all of his friends and acquaintances abandoned him, he was exposed as a liar and a charlatan and in addition to that all his faggotry and internet tough guy act will possibly have some consequences in his real life; such as being blacklisted from professional fighting/wrestling and even possibly being on the receiving end of a lawsuit. In other words, he lost everything, backstabbed everyone and got himself fucked in the ass IRL just to desperately maintain a LARP. Unless there is a lolcow that has a similar lore, or at least not to the same amount of Julay, I would not object to Tonkasaw becoming the godfather of an internet slang in a very similar vain to Anthony LoGatto.

37:53 into Donga's fake ass apology stream, while talking about hotel bookings being arranged by the promoter, Donga says this ...

"It gets easy to lie about this."

Details around hotel bookings, travel arrangements, etc. would have been explicitly stated in the contact. Even without seeing the contract I can state with 100% certainty that this would have been a per diem for all expenses incurred, or some other kind of reimbursement for making your own arrangements. No company the size of Valor Fighting would have someone dedicated to organising flights and accommodation for everyone they deal with. Again, it would have all been explicitly stated in the contract.

There's only two plausible explanations here: 1) Donga is so stupid that he couldn't understand what was in the contract, and 2) Donga thinks the non-disclosure agreement for the contract gives him cover to lie with impunity about it. Both apply here.

Edit: Wow, a little further in he says he was just going to arrive in town and then find out where he was staying. This is just absolute bullshit. Even if the promoter was organising his accommodation it would have been booked long in advance of his arrival and they would have told him the details before he even left the trailer park.

I think MediocreMilt's take that Donga is only open to civil litigation sounds right, but same as he said I'm not a lawyer. I'm going to wait until Rackets gives his detailed thoughts on the matter before getting to excited. I imagine that Rackets merely realized that this is an opportune time to stir the pot with that tweet

Edited for grammar
