There's only two plausible explanations here: 1) Donga is so stupid that he couldn't understand what was in the contract, and 2) Donga thinks the non-disclosure agreement for the contract gives him cover to lie with impunity about it. Both apply here.

Given that Donga put the proverbial leaking peroxide torpedo in the works months ago and only poked it a couple days ago to cause the proverbial explosion and cancel the fight (of course barring extraordinary evidence to the contrary, which does not appear to be coming), I find it hard to apply hanlon's razor here even if the reality is there's a good chance he was so stupid he didn't try to read the contract, so I am going with more of column 2 than column 1 as so far evidence has suggested that he's smart enough to realize he can use the NDA as a cudgel and a smokescreen (remember he tried to suggest Andy broke NDA with his signing video IIRC), but too stupid to realize that just because he can doesn't mean anyone will or should believe him.

Honestly, his plan would have worked better if Tim loy wasn't so open about what unfolded. @trigon was leaking things in an attempt to make it seem like Andy made the fight not happen, but Ralph managed to confirm that was false. Not to say the whole thing wasn't stupid though.

See, that deliberate premeditation is the part that I think could promote a legal action against Donga to criminal. However, I don't know the relevant statues and precedents. I'm fine with waiting until Rackets sobers up to get a researched take on this

A brief TL;DR on Tonka would be, as it is my understanding, that he is a LARPer who was desperately clinging to a facade which, combined with a classical dose of being mad on the internet, cost him almost everything. As a result almost all of his friends and acquaintances abandoned him, he was exposed as a liar and a charlatan and in addition to that all his faggotry and internet tough guy act will possibly have some consequences in his real life; such as being blacklisted from professional fighting/wrestling and even possibly being on the receiving end of a lawsuit. In other words, he lost everything, backstabbed everyone and got himself fucked in the ass IRL just to desperately maintain a LARP. Unless there is a lolcow that has a similar lore, or at least not to the same amount of Julay, I would not object to Tonkasaw becoming the godfather of an internet slang in a very similar vain to Anthony LoGatto.

I think Tonka might actually go down in lolcow history as the ultimate internet though guy. Especially if he actually gets sued and more details about his private life come out.

I think getting sued is more likely than not, and I also think his legal career will end the same way as his fighting career: with Donga not showing up and the opponent winning by default

I think they're in a different category. War Machine wasn't a LARPer, he was a legit though guy in real life, if mentally unstable and really dumb.
