There's no actual evidence of being sued. That is just spin from Zoom. I was listening when he called Tim Loy today and Tim Loy did not say they were going to sue Tonka.

Yeah, I'm not 100% sure if anybody is gonna do anything civilly.

He did say, however, in Doug TenNapel's stream, that Donga may be in deep criminal shit if it can be shown that the documents he submitted were fraudulent. He seems especially interested in learning more about that notary seal.

This thread's finally featured, about time.

What else is there to say, I agree with others who say that Donga needs to stop being an internet man and just needs to disappear from the internet for a while. Of course we already know that lolcows rarely do that, so I think this will situation will just keep getting worse and we'll get more entertainment out of this.

Does anyone out of the KKK krew happen to have a gun? Is it even legal to carry one with you for self-defence in the state of Tennessee? I dobut Donga normally would have the balls to try and attack someone with the intent to kill, but he's got to be steadily going a bit unhinged from all this, his life's falling apart as we speak.
If he actually takes some drugs he could be in theory retarded and unstable enough to try something as one last bit of revenge.

I'm not so sure that the notary seal is such a big deal. From the sounds of it he filled in the paperwork but didn't submit it. If his family does own a car lot then he undoubtedly has access to a title notary, who is just someone that is issued with an individualized notary seal and is authorized to witness and verify document signatures.

Edit: Explain why you disagree then. I've had to get documents notarized and true copies certified for background security checks numerous times throughout my employment. It's really not a big deal and lots of people are authorized to perform the task. I usually have my local pharmacist do it.

It's a HUGE deal if it's fake. That's illegal as fuck. It wouldn't even matter why he faked it.

Again, hypothetical at this point, but Nick clearly smells a rat.

Where's the evidence that it's fake? As has been mentioned already, Donga's family run a car lot. They undoubtedly have a title notary on the premises. Even if they don't it's not like it's hard to find someone that's authorized to witness you signing a document.
 
What I like about this whole saga is that Warski made Donga look like a fuck up in comparison.

Warski, who missed the first contract deadline. Who made the second, extended deadline in the last 5 minutes. Who flew to Nashville instead of Knoxville.

This is the guy who is more capable than chief many names.

It's probably already been said but I can't help but find the irony of all this amusing. Through his constant posturing and tough talk, he not only failed to back up this threats towards Andy but he unintentionally pushed him to improve his health and physical strength, so much so that Andy sincerely thanked him for it. Between his newfound love for exercise and all the money Ralph has been making off of his spergery, I've come to the conclusion that being on Tonka's hit list is a blessing in disguise.
