If he actually takes some drugs he could be in theory exceptional and unstable enough to try something as one last bit of revenge.

You'd have to ask Rekeita. As I understand it, Nick has seen the document in question, and he is particularly concerned there is no commission number associated with the notary. This is mentioned in the stream with the Earthworm Jim guy. "We" have not seen the document, because Donga is a faggot who still hasn't grasped that we've all seen his stupid face, and he screen-shared with Nick only.

I'm not taking a firm position on it one way or the other. I'm merely pointing out that Nick is simultaneously playing down the possibility of Valor filing a civil claim, while raising legal concerns of another nature.

So I made a drinking game for Donga's "apology" stream.
I call it the Dead (Air) Drinking Game: WARNING, this game *will* kill you if played as written. @UnKillFill accepts only a "hard 20%" of responsibility for your death if you decide to play it. (BTW, I would highly recommend playing using the original long version of the stream, and not one of the excellent dead air free @Sam Losco made, or else you'll just be drinking constantly.)

Play using your favorite brand of firewater.

Rules:
-Take a sip every time Donga says the word "miserable". (Simply do this for the short version, you will still get shitfaced.)

-Take a medium sized swig every time Donga "takes the blame" and then immediately shifts it over to somebody else.

-Take a full shot every time Donga makes a claim that has already been disproven, or is otherwise easily disprovable.

Realistically speaking here. How likely will we see Tonka quit the internet for good after this? My personal feelings in all this is he most likely will be committed to a crisis center for a few weeks due to suicidial thoughts or something of that nature. I can't imagine he is in a healthy state of mind at this point and possibly contemplating things overall.

I just hope he doesn't go full kraut and become obsessed with revenge and murder for his e-career. Its unhealthy to feel that way. Forgive, forget and find what makes ya happy because being a e-tough guy wasn't it.

The only way one of them would legally have a handgun is if they're coming from a state that Tennessee has reciprocity with, or they live in TN and already have a permit there.

Rackets could hypothetically bring one, since Tennessee recognizes a Minnesota permit.

Ralph is a felon. CRP and Andy are dirty foreigners. Masterson is from California, where permits.... while they exist... are rarely granted.

Here in AZ we don't do the permit thing. As long as you are over 18, and not a prohibited possessor, you can carry in public. Either openly, or concealed.

Donga is stuck in an act. It's plainly obvious he's living out a WWE fantasy script in real life. He talks big whenever he's in front of a mic, issuing threats, challenges, and making overly dramatic claims, even the way he talked to Failure. The problem is he doesn't know it or is so brain-damaged he doesn't realize it. So for this weekend, I forsee two possibilities:

1) Because Donga thinks life is a WWE event, I could conceivably see him making a scene when Andy/Ralph say whatever they're going to say when their time comes at the event, WWE style.
2) I think he could probably try to hunt down the Nashville Knoxville Knockout Team, and try to make a scene in the street, all grandiose and chest thumping.

Either way, Donga's not going away, because in true pro wrestling fashion, he will forever advance the narrative that he offered Andy a "second chance" and Andy refused, blah, blah, blah, you've seen it all before.

It's probably already been said but I can't help but find the irony of all this amusing. Through his constant posturing and tough talk, he not only failed to back up this threats towards Andy but he unintentionally pushed him to improve his health and physical strength, so much so that Andy sincerely thanked him for it. Between his newfound love for exercise and all the money Ralph has been making off of his spergery, I've come to the conclusion that being on Tonka's hit list is a blessing in disguise.
