Who does she think she's fooling with that picture? That's very clearly just a normal closed eye with fucking eyeshadow on it. It's very clearly not bruising as it's still flat skin and the coloring is way too uniform.
I dunno, that side of her face / cheekbone look swollen and asymmetrical with the other side. But you can get a black eye from a bunch of things, it doesnt have to be your abusive psychopath pimp. That story is just ridiculous.

And the stories she told herself about why she failed so many times in school to shield her ego - holy shit, it's amazing what narcs try and get people to believe. She was so smart she bucked the system and failed 7th grade "on purpose", but then proceeded to fail 10th grade so many times she aged out? Uh, no. You were just too dumb, or too lazy, to do the work. The schools don't kick kids out for being beaten and having bruises. They call social services becaise they are bound by law to do so. She's a terrible liar.

Kelly's legs are horrific. Only the munchiest do this to themselves. I've seen reduced price oxtongue (for the dog) that looked more alive.

Yeah she's really hoping no one actually knows how schools work.
Especially since (in Canada at least) in grade 7 you're still assigned a class, so you can just request to not be in the same class as someone else. The teacher's themselves get together to decide the class rosters in younger grades as well so if they noticed a problem they more than likely would have divided them to encourage outside socialization anyway.
The kicked out for being beaten thing is just too stupid for words. It's INTENSELY difficult to even have a kid suspended, let alone expelled even over bigger matters (not HUGE issues like bringing a weapon to school, but "bigger" like vandalism or minor fights) and there would have to be meetings with parents and school officials before a decision like that could be made. I don't care how burnt out or mentally unstable someone claims one teacher is to have to make a call like that, there's no way a whole group of adults would agree to such a thing.
I wonder how many of the people that like or comment on her bullshit posts are just her sockpuppets. Either that or they're so checked out they're just glossing over her posts and copy/pasting generic sympathy.

Big news for our vampire! She is currently awaiting surgery to repair her rotting legs, and she is very excited to announce to everyone that she was given a new picc line.

In other interesting news, she recently posted some photos of what she claims to be a psychiatric evaluation.
psych1.jpgpsych2.jpgpsych3.jpg
She also asked some poor sap to take photos of her crying in the doctor's office, lol.

Edit: she also posted a new video of her legs on her Instagram story. She claims in another recent post that the doctor was able to touch exposed bones in her leg. I've attached the file to this post if you want to subject yourself to that.

No psych assessment would ever claim "patient has one of the worse cases of PTSD I've ever seen". She wrote that shit herself. Jesus what a massive narcissist.

I wish I could agree, but experience has shown me the phrase "one of the worst cases of ..." occurs far too frequently, particularly if the person being evaluated gets the right shitty / bleeding heart professional.

The one Kelly shared reads exactly like hundreds of others written by verified professionals, and that saddens me greatly as you're quite right. No psych assessment should claim a patient has one of the worst cases of whatever, but they do, even after one brief session.

Then let me rephrase: no reputable therapist would use that language. The assessment sounds unprofessional all the way through. Like a LCSW right out of school.

Why would she have a copy of a "report" written from one doctor to another?
Why would a professional assessment start with "dear" and be riddled with spelling errors?
Why would one doctor refer to another as "Magdalena" rather than Dr. _____ and why not list which clinic she works for?
How the hell did Dr. Hamm refer Kelly to Dr. Lok without providing Kelly's medical history, even if it's just a list of shit he prescribed to her (like the ciprilex) and instead Dr. Lok claims that Kelly just told her about her meds and doses and gave her an upped version based off that?

Why would a trained doctor write "I gave her a prescription for Serax 15 10 30 mg po qhs prn?" Your prescription isn't 15-30, it's 10, 15 OR 30 mgs and you take the 15 or two to make the 30, or cut a 30 in half or take a whole one. It isn't dealer's choice for your pharmacist. You also wouldn't need to tell a doctor it's "po" (taken by mouth twice a day) "qhs" (every night at bedtime) or "prn" (as needed) (that info is only for the pharmacist and their labeling) but fun fact the reference page for Serax (or it's generic Oxazepam) does list "10-15 mg PO q6-8hr PRN" as its doseage, so smart money says Kelly didn't know what most of those meant and just copied it all in, changing the q6-8hr (take every 6-8 hours) to bedtime to fit her story, without considering the contradiction of being told to take it twice a day. Every bedtime. As needed. (hs would be just "at bedtime" if it was "as needed, qhs is specifically EVERY bedtime)

Why would a doctor keep her on a baby dose of ciprilex for a year without upping her dose if there were no signs of improvements?
For anyone unfamiliar with the usual rigmarole you go through with such drugs; you're given a baby dose to start and get it into your system and the MAX you can get at one go is 3 months worth, then you have to check in with your doctor to get more. The most I've seen anyone go was six months waiting for something to kick in, then you're given a higher dose or another pill that works with the ciprilex to boost it.
If you don't check in, you don't get more meds, easy as that.

This letter/assessment is riddled with bullshit and I loooove it!

This "psych assessment" may as well be signed "Hugs and Kisses" for how professional it is.
This reads nothing like any evaluation I've ever seen, and doesn't even include the incredibly standard forms that usually accompany a formal written statement about the patient's claims and state.
If you can show me more that look like this I'll be blown away, because this is NOTHING that should ever make it into the hands of a patient.

Think she’ll start bleeding herself through the PICC and claiming her mysterious anemia has returned? Or maybe inject whatever she’s been rubbing on her legs to turn them into fly-blown beef sides into that line? Between the immune suppressants and the insane lengths she will go to fabricate illnesses this could be the end of Kelly.

I hate to defend Kelly, but I agree with you.

Most of her medical documents look very legitimate aside from the dates and ages being altered. A lot of the issues in the documents she's posted on her Instagram and on lolcow come from the doctor using speech-to-text and not proofreading afterwards.

She claims the anemia has been there through all this time, says she has a hgb of 60 in the comments of her last post.

I don't think it counts as defending Kelly to simply agree that her docs may be real, that said I stand by what I wrote above but please don't think I'm doing so simply to be stubborn or look for another reason to make fun of Kelly's ignorance.
I agree that doctor's use speech-to-text but everytime I've seen it used it's very very clearly labeled as such, usually at the beginning or end of a document in all caps and with a note somewhere one it that says "hey if this shit doesn't make sense, contact me at _______" (but in more professional terms), and would be for notes or summaries rather than official assessments.
I could be wrong, but in my years of dealing with the canadian health care system and stacks of paperwork filed away from such experiences I've never seen shit like this.

Edit:
Just to make my point a tad clearer, here's a real letter from Dr. Carmel Anderson found online vs. the one Kelly made herself.

Note how in Kelly's document the language is much less formal, there's no note about it being dictated and oddly, like her other "doctors" there is an emphasis at the beginning and end of the letter that thanks Dr. Hamm (or in this case, our "dear" Dr. H (<-my god)) for referring Kelly, as it's always such a privilege and an honour for these other doctors to have the pleasure of examining Kelly.

The line "She is is [sic] so much pain" just sitting there alone below the clinical description is the clincher for me that this document is a fake. Maybe only 90-95% fake--she might have used a little bit of text from an actual medical report to make it sound official--but the blatant editorializing (not to mention the awful grammar, spelling, capitalization, and punctuation) is all crazy Kelly.

this tbh. It's certainly not unheard of for a mental health professional to use this sort of unprofessional language, but given who we're dealing with, I'm extremely skeptical.

Documentation is a crucial part of mental healthcare. You always write your notes with the knowledge that your client can - and often will - request a copy of their case notes at any time. In other words, you don't write anything that you wouldn't tell the client directly. It would be considered very bad form to tell a client that their case is somehow uniquely worse than anyone else's.

On that note - even if we do assume that Kelly is telling the truth about her horrible life story, I'd still be shocked if a psychiatrist referred to her as the "worst case" of anything. imo, this is just a further manifestation of her narcissism, and I'm sure she would like to believe that her suffering is more important and somehow more significant than anyone else's.

I was thinking something along these lines too. She uses this same "Dear ___" and starts and ends with "thanks" in both examples of (what I think are) her faked docs, I think she must have gotten this from somewhere and just assumed all doctor docs were like that. Something has convinced her that this is how doctors write/talk although for the life of me I can't image where she got this idea.

You'd think for someone who spent most of her time around doctors and hospitals she'd have a better grasp on how they communicate, but I also think it's an interesting little look into the narcissistic mind; she doesn't care how they talk.
Maybe it's because other people aren't important enough to learn about, maybe it's because she sees her way as the only way, but no matter what her reason she took the time to make these docs but never bothers to change the language enough to sound like anyone but herself.
This is all just speculation, but I did find it interesting.

I absolutely agree that the use of "worst case" and it being a "privilege" to talk to Kelly are all what she wishes doctors would say. She's got it worse than anyone else, she's their favourite patient, and she's ALWAYS their top priority.
(And honestly if being raped and beaten by a pimp is the worst thing these doctors have ever seen they must still be on their first week of the job. I'm not saying it's not bad, it super super is, but these are trauma professionals. Come on.)

I also agree that it's not unheard of for doctors to use unprofessional language or pepper in opinions, but what are the odds that 90% of these professionals that she sees are all this lax in their writing? And for none of them use forms? It's strange. I do believe some of her docs from lolcow are real but def not these ones.
