It's not outlandish though, since he's really into cyber-security and lives in a Siberian failed state. Frankly I think everyone should be using encrypted chats just to keep the government off their backs, but I'm a lolbertarian who hates the gubmint so my advice isn't pertinent.

This is fucking ridiculous. I cannot belive that Canada let's a minor live with a criminally insane pedophile. Even if the age of consent is 16 here in Norway as well. I am pretty sure someone had put a stop to this. There have to be something wrong here.
