In my own experience with law enforcement, it's best to continuously follow up, especially if the suspect is still committing the acts that opened the investigation. It keeps the interest in the case fresh and pressures them to make a move.

People often pretend to be non-sexual or produce non-sexual content to lure the kids in because anything sexual is a big no for most. I've seen an "asexual" person on Tumblr drawing borderline sexual stuff based on cartoons. That's how you draw them in and expose to weird shit. Then it's downhill from there.

It's literally being in the closet. If you got convinced (or convinced yourself) that sexuality is bad, you will get in the closet and bark at everyone displaying it openly. Doing a comprehensive bad dragon story is probably something that even actual journalists might be a little intimidated by. I don't think Indigobang has any formal training in journalism at all, and I think she'd be better suited for something like reporting on events or art news or other things that don't involve deep dives or deep personal investment.
