Does this plank understand that she was politely backed into a corner- the only promise likely made was if she doesn't buck up her ideas her kids will be gone!!- What a stupid bint!

My grandma is a POS and I couldn't be bothered to say 2 good words about her, even if she did take care of me as a small child. I guarantee to every person on this forum thread that it's my grandma that had a heavy hand in how my dad turned out because they are almost the same person! My grandma worked for CPS/DCFS whatever it's called in certain states and I am 100% sure she follows up with my dad so there's no way she doesnt know what is happening right now with Jani and Bodhi and she probably hasnt done anything. In fact she could be giving them tips on how to deal with things so they dont get caught. I hate her, is it that obvious. lol.

Lol, Jesus Cory is mentally 14 years old. I can’t believe a 50 year old man posts that shit.

Given how his life has turned out maybe he should consider changing the “real him” or at least faking another personality.

Then again a car washer living off of two disabled kids has to tell himself all those other successful and well-liked people are just FAKERS! Cabana is just too real and raw for you all!

That's actually a major puzzle piece. Cory has said a few strange things about CPS in the past as if he's got some kind of weird "in" with them or has completely overblown confidence that they love them and won't take the kids. It's been a minute but AFAIK we've always just attributed that to extreme stupidity/narcissism.

Which it could still be, because having a retired CPS person for a mother isn't like a magic bullet, but it does make sense where he's getting that from.

Yeah my grandma is probably feeding him info and then he gets a big bloated head about it. She's a narcissist too. She bailed on her husband and 3 kids cuz my grandpa was away in the navy all the time and she got in an accident and "nobody would help her -sobstory-". So she LEFT while grandpa WAS AT SEA. My dad (middle child) was about mid high school age, making the younger brother ... idk for sure but I would say max he was 10. But yeah she was in a car accident and "needed help from her kids" and they were self-centered fucks because.... well they were children duhh. smh.

This is the part I'm pondering; I know Bodhi and Susan are only gone a few days, but can she bill IHSS while she's getting her own treatment and not caring for him? Knowing her, she'll bill anyway because she's gotten away with leaving B in hospital and billing like he's home before. Will she also bill for Jani even though she's with Cory?

But if by any chance the facility says B needs to stay and she can go home and get him later, she'll be SOL in a week. Jani doesn't warrant the same level of care, and when it's just Jani there's less than half the money (she is less disabled, her disability level of income is lower) and no daily ABA (Susan often has them work with Jani, too, to relieve her of the job).

And what will Cory do while Jani is home with him? He certainly won't arrange sitters, and past experience says he won't feed her. Let's hope he doesn't also take her phone to avoid her calling Michael with pesky details like "there's no food in the house".

@Rosa_Rojo , @JanusJupiter , can Michael teach Jani how to set up Skype on her iPad? That way, she has an emergency phone line to her father even if Cory cuts her off.

This is something that I'm worried about too, not because of Cory per se (they clearly don't like eachother), but she's a particularly vulnerable young lady. She's cute, she's sweet and kind, she wants people to like her, and she seems to have very little understanding of her own sexuality. I don't know if she's been given "the talk" or not, but not only is she a bit lax in taking the pill but Cory is probably not going to be paying much attention to her medications so it's likely he may forget that she needs to take it.

I'm pretty sure that she spends at least some of her time without adult supervision and the world is filled with predators just waiting for an opportunity.

As above, when he was left alone with his own daughter, he refused to purchase groceries and left her to starve, to the point of Kelli begging CPS to do something as she had nothing to eat. Cory will force feed Bodhi when Susan pays, but I doubt he's ever brought a bag of groceries home and isn't about to start now.

I think he just did that cuz i was 17 and fully capable of just going someplace else. He just wanted me gone and not buying food was a good way to make sure I stopped coming home altogether. I dont think he would do this in Janis case she cant go elsewhere and take care of herself. And it would look really bad if he lost her while shes only in his care a few days.
